When I went there the first time, there was a decent crowd and the food was mediocre. When I went there the second time on some weekday evening like a Tuesday or Thursday, the food was just edible. Some of the items were so dry, they had probably been sitting out there since lunch. The quality of food was mediocre or worse, and there were hardly any other customers. It stunk. I did let the lady in the front know about my experience in hopes they would make things better. I wont waste my time going back there since its a crap shoot whether or not you go when the food is good, especially when there are much better Chinese buffets I can go to in Concord. Good luck if you do go.

This oriental Buffett fell well below average on food taste and presentation. We asked for several items on the Buffett to be replenished, but it took them a very long time to keep items such as fried rice and crab legs stocked on the Buffett, this could have been intentional to minimize consumption! WORST customer service that I have ever experienced from the tall female cashier staff member! She was VERY disrespectful, unprofessional, and RUDE!!! This cashier started yelling with an angry tone to her coworker, while we were trying to pay our bill. I will not return and I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone else.

Ive been there several times and only once did I have an issue with the seafood not looking too fresh but that was close to closing time. I enjoy the food and selection along with the price, you really get your moneys worth. What I dont like is how they hover over the table the whole time, I appreciate the prompt attention however, I was wanting to enjoy my meal and my company but felt pressured like they were rushing us even though they had plenty of tables and werent closing for a while.

I caught the guy that works at the Mongolian BBQ not washing his hands after he used the bathroom. He knew that myself and two other customers saw him and he still didnt wash up. I then saw him as soon as I followed him out emptying new beef portions in the beef tray with no gloves on. It used to be my favorite place, right down the street too. I told mgmt but the guys is still there. Sorry dude, but I dont like corn on my Chinese food, hahaha.

My husband and I wont be coming back at this buffet,,,the lady at front she is rude to customers,,,she does not greet customers,,,the food is not even good,,, we rather go to golden dragon buffet in Brentwood,,,same price more selection of food and good customer service...

Delicious Chinese food. Love the fresh off the grill Japanese and Chinese cuisine. The buffet array is always hot and tasty. Comfortable seating and clean bathrooms. The servants are attentive and friendly. Glad youre in town.

Me and two of my contacts workers went there for lunch today. It was really good and only 29.00 for all three of us. I couldnt believe it real crab too and sushi. Blew my mind great place to eat.

Racist staff , food not fresh , fake crab. unsanitary and unsafe overall. I wouldnt dare eat at this restaurant ever again. Save yourself a trip to the emergency room people

Myself and my wife went to the New Oriental Buffet and my wife. HATED. food. We wont be eating there ever Ever again. If you want good Chinese food go to CHINA!!!

All the classic Chinese buffet items plus hibachi grill, ribs, pizza, fries, sushi, clams. Sushi wasnt super but decent. Biggest Chinese buffet Ive seen.
