Definitely mediocre! First there were no plates or utensils, so wait five minutes. After waiting in the queue, there were only bones in the tray that was supposed to serve their succulent BBQ ribs (ha-ha). We had to wait for the roast carver to arrive to serve paper thin slices of roast beef that amounted to a mouthful for each slice. The ribs on the seconds trip up, was steamed and painted with a BBQ sauce. The beans were okay. The mac and cheese looked more like soup than casserole. The dessert bar was nothing but empty trays with scraps. The frozen ice milk dispenser spat out vanilla milk with a loud pop and spat the frozen dessert all over the area, which ha a blob of waste in the overflow tray. The chocolate was not working. Most items were served in small trays and only partially filled at that. The dining table was sticky. In spite of all this the help was not hostile, so one Star.

On a budget, wanted fish( simple) came at 3pm Thursday. Ate 3 pieces tip was slightly dry but not bad and a good flavor (should have gotten a lemon :) the chicken dumpling will make you fat (tasted good) the orange chicken didnt burn me but hot AND crunchy ! Under the glaze. Chicken leg crisp skin good flavor. Plate full of cabbage (much like Sunday after church back east) fresh and pretty cantaloupe, orange sliced. Small brownie square and slice of apple cobbler like with vanilla ice-cream and strawberry drizzle. My ice cream was good not watery or icy. Bathroom needs soap and attention. Could use hand sanitizer at the silverware / plate service(since the bathroom is very far away) Yolanda cleaned up very nice lady. Front door staff was kind. Staff restocking were polite. Enjoyed the visit. Veteran discount on Mondays. A good buffet at 8.99$ /12.48 after drink. I will come back

This place has a bad customer service, specialy the guy working in the area where the steak are being cut and the guy is between the age 45-50yrs, hispanic short guy was supposely serving when i asked for steak he cut a small piece with more fat than meat so asked for another piece he sayed " one piece at a time come back when you finish your plate " so i asked for the manager he told me that i need to wait for the manager for 20minutes until he came back from break...so i waited for the manager and explain to him about there staff are providing a really bad service so i asked for refund and the manager said that i could get my money back because i have been there for 30 minutes there when really all there staff was looking for the manager. I honestly dont think that anyone should tell you how to eat your meal speacialy when you pay for your food.

This is the HTB that I go to the most. There has only been one time that I was disappointed. There was no "fried" chicken!!! When we asked why we were told that the "baked chicken was fried". It was so not!!! I think the cook that night may not have known how to make it. One of the visitors left and was given a voucher for a free meal at another time. There was enough other foods to choose from so we stayed and did enjoy our meal. I know so many of the employees there because I have been going for so long that I feel like I am part of the family. They always take good care of everyone at my table!!! The only request that I have is that they consider having the pomegranate/cherry flavor ices that they have at some of the other sites. I really like it!!! When I am really hungry this is always were I go for a great meal!!! Thanks!!!

This place did not smell fresh, You could smell the bathroom across the room. Food was so Bland, The salad tasted Dirty, No really, Dirty!! Soup tasted like water, pizza was cold and crustaceans hard, Mashed potatoes was not cooked thru, You could see the Instant powder still in it and the lady in charge of replacing food did nothing about this even though I called it to her attention. Corn was under cooked, and the broiled fish was HARD and it had just been set out, Cups and utensils were dirty!! And I had Sat on something that was stuck to my seat in the booth, I cleaned it up myself. It was a total mess. BUT the people were nice. I filled up on sprite and I dont even like soda, once I found a clean glass, I smelled it first.

OK this is the review Ive ever written...but please listen to me....this was the worse food Ive ever had...I read the other reviews and went there anyway...big mistake...they take sloppy water down noodles and throw in a can of tomato sauce and.call it spaghetti...take different watered down noodles throw in some canned cheese sause and call it Mac n cheese...the broccoli so watered down and over cooked they had lost there green color. AND dont get me started on the breaded stuff...all dough little meat..dont be like me and regret that I didnt listen...go to sweet tomatoes...there close..cheaper...in so much better

Lets be real, you get what you pay for, and you shouldnt expect a Bellagio buffet for $11. What you get at HTB is some OK food for a bargain price. The highlight would be the fried chicken. The steak isnt that bad with the BBQ sauce and there is some fried shrimp that you really cant mess up. Skip the new Mongolian BBQ - its overly salty and not good. (FYI - everything is somewhat salty here.) Pay a bit more for a soda and you can get unlimited Icees as well. For what it is, HTB is what it is - a buffet to stuff your face until you are uncomfortably full, all for a bargain price.

Food was good service was great only issues I had is that some items didnt get refilled fresh and they didnt have clean bowls or spoons and very few plates and the main reason I went was for the ice cream and topping but all they had was colored sprinkles only 1 topping out if 10 options. But the overall experience was ok food was good quality of food was good just low quantity its a hit or miss with this place chicken was fire Ill probably good back.

"Good Food" "Good Meat" "Good God" "LETS EAT!" Another great place to go and take your family on a budget... I go when its semi crowded for the freshest food. The place is clean and always carries a large assortment of entrees! Ok, nothing is gourmet here, but for the price, you cant beat the large choice of food selections. I dont do the grill to order because they cant do stir fry.... I do like their roasted chicken which they do well.

Would Rate 0 if possible. All the food has an old aftertaste and all the food is cold. There are no signs for the food, so had to keep asking what some dishes were. The dessert was terrible. The plates and utensils were dirty, along with the tables and chairs. The employees were nice, thats about it. Save your money and go to Sweet Tomatoes.

Very happy that they have a new manager. This manager is fixing the problems the old management let happen and is moving this in the direction of a good Buffet. Looks like this is going to turn into a place to go for breakfast on weekends and lunch or dinner every day. Good job. You deserve the stars in just the effort of fixing this location.
