I have been going to Straw Hat Pizza for years and have worked at the old location in YC for many years. This location does not prepare the food very well. Their Hot Hats are often sloppy and uncooked in the middle. Their pizza dough does not seem to be proofed correctly. The last three visits we have had mistakes in our order. I love Straw Hat Pizzas food but this location needs to have a refresher course on how to prepare the product.

A/c is off, Im guessing it is 90 degrees. The place is filthy. Salad bar is missing several items and the existing selections are warm. They screwed the order twice. Pizza came out under-cooked, cold in the middle, un-melted cheese. This used to be our spot...no more.

The pizza here is prob the best in town and service is amazing. This is my go to place for pizza and esp during sports events tv setup super nice. Looking forward to coming back. Thanks for awesome experience!

Pizza is good, sandwiches could be a bit better. I received 5 *small* wedges with my sandwich so Im somewhat disappointed with my choice overall. Also, there was barely any chicken and a lot of onion.

Such good pizza!! They also have a lunch special that i think comes with a personal pizza a drink and a salad bowl. You better get there early though because this place gets really busy real quick.

Love love there pizza ! Im my opinion one of the best around, they get pretty busy at dinner time but worth the wait , oh there chicken bbq pizza is one of my favorites its a must try

This is an oldtime pizza favorite...the staff mainly the manager could turn his phone off or talk in back if he has to...hes always on the phone everytime we come in...
