The Cafe had really tasty sandwiches and bowls with gluten-free and non-gluten free vegetarian and semi-vegetarian food. Just be sure to ask for gluten-free bread if you are sensitive. The servers are supposed to ask, but ours didnt. That said, the service was good, the environment was comfortable, and the clientele clearly loves having a restaurant with a good gluten-free menu available in the Folsom area. The Sweetery is entirely gluten-free. Weve tasted four of the six things we bought. The cookies were good, but tasted a little like the sugar was slightly burned. The cranberry/chocolate desert was very good, but the cinnamon crumb cake takes the cake so far. All in all, a terrific place to eat whether you require gluten-free fare or not. We will be back!!

Great place if youre gluten-free or not. Awesome breakfast-y choices if thats your thing. I had the tri-tip sandwich... the meat practically melts in your mouth! PROS: friendly staff, nice selection, gluten free menu with lots of options (and a GF bakery next door!), yummy food, reasonable prices CONS: didnt like the iced tea So, the pros are definitely outweighing the cons here. Go grab some yum-yums at Willow. Definitely worth it.

Kind service Very clean restaurant Food tastes is quite good Portions are rather small Prices are high, a salad with steak is $13 and is not very filling. Jacks Urban Eats would be a better choice any day. I probably wouldnt return unless on a date or wanted something fancy and light. Not somewhere Id visit regularly for lunch.

My daughter bought me a huge gluten free carrot cake for my birthday. It was horrible tasted like cardboard. It had hardly any carrots no raisins no coconut no pineapple. It was so bad had to throw it out. Im sure she paid alot of money for it,.

This place deserves 5 stars for their brunches. For all you gluten free/vegan food fanatics out there, this is your spot. For you bottomless mimosas fans, this is your spot. The patio area outside is perfect during the spring/summer time

If youre looking for some delicious gluten free baked goods, this is the place for you!! It would appear that they no longer serve lunch here, but the quiche and blondies were still a great snack after our ride.
