Mirabelle Bakery quoted me a price for a 2 tiered birthday cake in two different amounts. $80.00 for a butter cream frosting and $130.00 dollars for fondant frosting. I placed my order Tuesday, April 27th, and I initially chose the fondant frosting since I wanted to make this cake a special Sweet 16 birthday cake. I deposited $50.00. I later changed my mind after a few hours and decided to change the order from fondant frosting to butter cream. I spoke to one of the mangers whose name was Martin and he was very accommodating and said it was no problem at all. The day of my daughters sweet 16 birthday party Friday, April 30th, the birthday cake was made out of butter cream just like I orderd. However, they were charging me $130.00. I begged the manager to call Martin because he approved the order. The manager at the time refused and took the cake away. He said "I dare you to find a birthday today for the price of $80.00." I kept repeating that today is my daughters sweet 16 birthday and to please work with me. He insisted on being mean and was even charging me $10.00 for canceling my order. I left the bakery crying and without a cake for my daughters birthday party which was that day. Please do not buy from this bakery because they obviously do not care about their customers.

Ive been buying birthday cakes from Mirabella Cafe since my son had his first birthday. Since then Ive gotten cakes there for all occasions. Their cakes are delicious and they do a great job making it look amazing. But my beef with them is their customer service and price increase. They make you wait and wait when you call in. They tell you to email them pictures of what you want and they dont reply back. They dont call to confirm that your order is in. I had to call them over and over again to make sure that they got my cake order. When I first starting buying cakes there I was paying $90-$100 for a custom designed cake. Then over the five years it started to go up. It started going into the $120-$130. The last cake I ordered was $150. I understand that different designs require more work than the other and the size matters too so Ive never complained but recently I ordered a cake and it was a standard cake that is nothing out of the norm and the woman quoted me $250 for a 25 person cake. Thats extreme. I will not order cakes from them again. I hung in there for the last two years but $250 for a birthday cake and their continued poor customer service is the last straw.

Mirabelle Cafe. Being my first time, it wasnt obvious to me what to do. No signs, no lunch menu posted anywhere. It looks like just a wonderful bakery. Now, I know the drill. The outdoor seating looks charming and inviting but very uncomfortable. We needed to move to another table and that did the trick. Staff is very friendly but only one person working the counter, inside and outside patio. No worries, we werent in a hurry anyways. The menu is well rounded but I couldnt find any one item that fit the bill. So they didnt have a problem with accommodating my special request. My salad was large, fresh and delicious. It would have been perfect if a nice roll and butter would have accompanied it. Youd think it would for the price. But alas, I saved my carb intake to try out their pastries. Very yummy. I recommend you try Mirabelle Cafe.

I am so disappointed in their customer service and management. Ordered a chocolate hazelnut for my sisters birthday on Wednesday, they said they wrote down the order and it will be ready on Sunday for pick. Call Sunday. Took 3 calls for them to answer the phone and when I asked to pick up the cake they didnt have the order. Apparently they forgot to place the order. Never am I ever coming there again or ordering any type of cake. They definitely need to be organized and better management. Extremely pissed off customer. Plus it takes them a life time to answer their phone. Future reference, just dont go there.

People were rude just because i had baggy clothes on. Then they had a deal for a bakers dozen for 39$ on mothers day. All they had to do is put one more in the box and give me the discount for the bakers dozen, but one of the workers said i had already paid and charged me 59$ for a dozen cannolis instead of giving me the bakers dozen or "one more" to get the discount and give back the difference.... My wife would have had flowers on her special day and more if i didnt spend 60$ on cannolis

My first visit today was very disappointing. First - the outdoor seating uncomfortable and very noisy, would try inside if I go again. Second - terrible service, we waited half an hour to place an order and another half hour to get food and the restaurant was not anywhere near capacity. Third - the food was better than the service but mediocre at best. I had veggie omelet, it was like a veggie sandwich with raw veg inside a egg patties. One star is for the potatoes- delicious!!

Finally found a European bakery with quality goods. However, one day I called in and ordered a cake. When I came in later that day to pick it up, they did not have it on hold and acted like they never received my call. Happy to sell me a larger cake of the same kind, though. Oh, well, accidents can happen. I still enjoyed the bakery, but last time I paid $20 for a dozen STALE French Macarons, I decided to look for another bakery.

The food is fresh and delicious, and the desserts are amazing - both to look at and to eat! The service could use some tweaking - we had to ask for silverware, and the water and coffee took over 5 minutes to get to us even though it was not busy. Allow at least an hour for lunch, as everything takes forever. Despite the mediocre service, I gave 4 stars because the food is that good!

Ive given this place 3 chances, unfortunately I will not be returning. Im pretty easy to please, but my experience here has been awful everytime. Food is tasty, especially the sweets, but the service is atrocious. Long, unexplainable wait time, over priced for the location, limited menu, poorly managed. Save your time, money and patience.

I love this place!!! Ive been coming here for over two yrs now. The croissants are by far the best ive ever had! Always super duper hot n fresh n delicious too. The borsch soup is wonderful! The service can be a tad slow and the employees need some better customer service manners.

Went for brunch & followed up with their best seller Ganash cake. Wow!! The food was absolutely delicious!! Service was very slow for such a small place & they were heavily staffed to. Highly recommend it for the food & desert, but if your looking for great service not the place.

OUT. FREAKING. STANDING. My wife and I came here for breakfast and we were not disappointed. Looks like they serve dinner now too! Cant wait to come back and try some of the pastries. We tried the croissant french toast and the lemon pancakes. Both were amazing.

Superb and delicious array of European style desserts with a surprisingly tasty selection of savory breakfast and lunch dishes. Decor and atmosphere was simple with an air of elegant. Courteous service but a bit understaffed. Wonderful discovery.
