I was greeted and seated quickly. Fun place. Dining experience very pleasant. I sat on the patio. Groups were playing charades and couples were finding an hour to catch up. Amazing opportunity to be pleasantly greeted by Lisa and Nicole. Oh the smiles were so inviting! I enjoyed hearing the suggestions - they knew the menu and welcomed a taste of a variety of favorites. I tried the enchilada and taco and will continue to be very pleased by the service and food. Fantastic time to collect my thoughts on a Friday going into the weekend. Im very curious about the evening views... Im definitely coming back. Hacienda draws in fun people, has a dynamic engaging crew, and appreciated my visit. Kudos and thank you Lisa and Nicole - your boss should be proud!

As a restaraunt; Im not a fan of Hacienda at all. Their food is plain and very much "the usual" you would expect from a Mexican restaraunt. Nothing truly stands out. Its not bad, its just nothing special either. Service is a huge hit or miss. Sometimes I get good service, othertimes terrible. Once I came here for lunch when there was literally NO ONE else and the waitress came; got mine and my friends drinks and chips, then disappeared for at least 15-20 mins. I got up, went to the bar, and she was there chatting it up with the bartender, so we left. However, AS A BAR its a blast. I usually come here on Tuesdays and is my favorite bar in Folsom. So basically; the bar is good; the restaraunt itself sucks.

We were on a guest list for our friends party, by the time we get there we were told that they changed the guest list and we were no longer on it. No one at the party, including the host was notified about this change. When we finally got in I noticed broken glass on the ground, I immediately told a bartender in hope that someone would be notified and get it cleaned up before someone got hurt. The bartender laughed in my face, told me it was below his paygrade, then walked away. The drinks taste watered down and are over-priced , my friends and I will definitely no longer come here anymore. We used to come here every weekend before they re-opened.

The food is decent, but the service needs attention. Drinks and entrees were typical of most chain Mexican food joints (I.e. El Torito or On The Border). The drinks took a while to get out (bar was busy due to a college football game, so its understandable). However, our waiter could not be bothered to swing by our table to check on us. He actually slid the large plate to me on the table, which is quite unusual. He wasnt particularly busy from what I can tell, but he really couldnt have cared about our table less. This place gets three stars because everyone else was a pleasure to interact with (greeter, busser, etc.).

We had not been to the Hacienda for many years. We met new people int parking garage and recommended the Hacienda. What a mistake. The Cantina smells like a dive bar, service was awful. We arrive at 5:30 there were 6 or 7 servers behind us at a table getting ready for their shift. I had to ask for a server to wait on us from the wait staff on the floor. Servers did not look professional. Drinks were slow to come considering the bar was not very full. Wont be coming back. Do not recommend.

Saw this place reopened. Wife was thrilled, I was apprehensive as the reviews on this site and others have been less than stellar. Wife dragged me anyways. Got the guacamole and chicken fajitas. Wife got burrito and taco. Everything was frigging great. My only ding on the place is that my food took a little longer than I thought it would, and my drink sat empty for a time. I say give it a shot. Most of the bad reviews are service related. I think their working out the kinks.

Top of the line Mexican Food ! ! have loved this Mexican Food for the longest time. I go around two different Mexican foods because because its my favorite food. So I have now became a Googler instead of a Yelper and like to check out different businesses and this Mexican food is some of the best Mexican food I have had. I mean we went back a second time the next day LOL. So if your looking for some good food check this place out!!!!!!

AWFUL! The service was terrible. They got our order wrong for only 2 people. We had to ask 3 times for another drink. Didnt bring water when we asked then OVERCHARGED me on my bill. When I pointed it out to the manager, he stuck up for the server saying that it was a charge for using my debit card AND charged me for a tip that I DID NOT authorize. Ill never go there again. Terrible manager. Terrible service

This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the area, and I try to go to it often. The food is always delicious, and the service is usually very good, the servers are always friendly and cool. The location in Old Folsom is great, but it means that it gets very busy on Friday and Saturday nights sometimes. Large portions, very good, not too expensive. Great restaurant.

My wife loves their chicken salads for their size and flavor. I think the entire experience is average. Decent food and environment and staff. Sometimes they leave the doors open and when there is a cold breeze its annoying if youre not hot and drunk at the bar. We dont drink so I cant comment on the bar. Havent had a bad experience, but I dont leave excited either.

We have enjoyed this place for years and was our lunch destination in Folsom. This week was a disappointment big time. My Chimi was tasteless and had a toothpick cooked inside. While they gave me a half discount it does not erase the experience. Will be trying other Mexican restaurant a few doors down next time. Locals all agree!

Accommodated a party for a birthday for 17 people with four younger children. The food was very nice a flavorful and the service was very attentive to our needs. Also saved or cake in the cooler and assited a cake presentation. Wow two thumbs up very nice kids waiting on us. A thank your to our waiter Matt.

Me and my and kids used to go here every Saturday until the unfortunate fire. When we heard it opened back up we were excited to finally get our Saturday Mexican food fix,but unfortunately the menu and restaurant is not the same. Its a different place not even close to being as good .Very disappointed

Called them to see if they had happy hour on Monday, Memorial day and asked the girl on the phone and she said yes, like any other Monday she stated, went there and it was dead and after ordering our drinks and food the waitress said no happy hour today because its a holiday and the food was nasty to boot!

Good was great, but the waitress was rude and wearing such short shorts that her whole butt was hanging out to the point it made my whole table uncomfortable. I would come back, just sad to have someone working there that doesnt respect your business enough to dress more modest...it turns people away.
