This place can be hit or miss. Its always busy, no matter the night, and its very loud inside. Most of the times Ive been here, its been great - tasty food, great service, fun times. I love the sweet potato tater-tots, nachos, just their appetizers in general. Their bar might be my biggest complaint. I came in with a friend with a mint allergy, who ordered a cocktail, advised the waiter of said allergy, and the cocktail came out with tiny pieces of mint leaf in it; bar staff didnt bother to properly rinse the shaker. That happened on 2 occasions. This last time, I sat at the bar and asked the bartender directly if she could make a hot toddy. She told me she could. The other bartender ended up making it, and I received a glass with just hot water and whiskey. He asked me if I wanted honey, which of course I did. He brought me 2 honey packets and no spoon, then he disappeared. I practically made my own drink adding the lemon and honey myself, using my water straw so the honey wouldnt settle. That experience was topped off with my fish and chips arriving. The outside of the fish was so hard, my fork slid off it instead of cutting into it.

It was OK. All these chain type restaurants are practically all the same very long menu with little hints of culinary theme and decor changes that try to make them unique. But theyre all the same. They shut down Elephant Bar around the same time this popped up (to replace ElTorrrio) but really its no loss no gain, not much different food wise. When a place has a little of everything (see Cheesecake Factory) on the menu, that means they dont do any one thing good. Its all just blah. The outside area is nice but be aware that its got a dog park vibe. As in, people bring their dogs. The food was tasty but it took forever. The server apologized saying our ticket got passed over or something. I ordered the fried chicken & biscuit brunch item. The fried chicken wasnt battered, crispy KFC style fried chicken. It was a flat boneless slab breaded and fried. And the sausage wasnt a link of sausage it was ground sausage pieces floating in the gravy. It was tasty but I would have preferred what I expected. If you dont care about generic food and want to bring your dog to eat with you, this is the place.

Place looks cool but thats where the good part ends. Music was really loud and service was just ok. We had a hard time trying to flag down our server. Not sure if you can call him that. He took our order but didnt actually bring anything out to us. We got the free Cajun fries when we checked in on Yelp but there was nothing special about them. We also ordered two of their "favorite" menu items the Campfire Pot Roast and the Tomato Pesto Pasta. Pot roast was decent, very generous portion but not enough potatoes or spinach in proportion to meat. The pasta was the worst part of the meal. It was completely drowned in sauce and I found broccoli stalks which were hard and inedible along with thick outer onion skins also inedible. I dont understand how/why those are popular menu items. Bleh. Server never asked us how we liked the food and didnt want to make a fuss. I dont see myself coming back.

Wait was reasonable for the patio which we needed because we had a dog in our party. Took forever to get beverages. Appetizer came even later. Our meal order was not taken for an hour - and only after we chided a bus boy to rally the waiter. The waiter seemed competent but was in over his head. The choice of beers was ample. Water bowls for the dogs which were plentiful and the dogs were all generally well behaved. We arrived at 1 p.m. and we were all done by 3:50 p.m. The food was for the most part disappointing. Souoda pop is $3 and a refill is $3, so the two sodas with one refill each (and too much ice) cost us $12 plus tax and tip. Our lunch tab for 6 was $100, including one beer. Then we had to add on tax and tip. Their Weekend Brunch merely amounts to an expanded menu which cuts off at 2 p.m.

I love the food, but take out service is terrible! I call to place my order, get put on hold for more then 5 minutes and then they answer and ask me what Im calling for again! Its ridiculous, I dont think they know how to communicate with each other. Once I get there I call to let them know Im there and then I wait another 5 minutes and then 5 more! I try to call ahead of time but I never works it always the same crap, I have complained many times but its doesnt change, and I still keep going back for lunch because its close to my work and so so good! :( I recommend only going if youre going to eat there! And good luck with whatever waitress you get some are only nice to certain people! (: ( 2 stars based on the food, if the service matched it would be a 5 star place! )

The food is great but the service is never consistent. Sever never had follow up service nor offer any condiments with food. Drink also took a long time. Had to wait over 10 minutes on wo occasions. In both instances, we had to remind server about drinks. The worst is she. I ordered draft beet twice and it took so long the beer came back with no head. Yes, the foam flattened out before it got to my table. Despite the great food, i just wanted to leave and skip the desert. Oh, and it was my birthday. The server just dropped of the ice cream and without enthusiasm greeted me happy birthday. So much for tipping. Her name started with a "J" and sounded like an "and" at the end

Everything we have tried at Lazy Dog is so good. We have been to the Concord location but the new Dublin location is way better. I love the Caesar salad and I add sautéed shrimp. The Alfredo is one of the best I have had at a restaurant. Chicken Pablano is amazing. Sauza Margarita is killer. Service is always great. Hostesses are wonderful. Servers we have had are Jordan(such a sweetheart), Donisha(she is the greatest), Lauren S.(another sweetheart) and Zahira(super on top of her business, which I appreciate). Yes we have been to the Dublin location a lot in a week, but when you find a place you enjoy, why not.

This restaurant is extraordinary. Everyone here is polite curtious and has exeptional customer service skills. Our waitress Mindy was prompt and very helpful and fast on her feet. She always was smiling and tryed to accommodate every area of concern we had. I would recommend asking for her again. But all of the servers here try to help each other out with out fail. As for the dog friendly environment it os remarkable i would recommend your pet here for sure the have ever accommodation for your 4 legged friend. As for the food it os good butbi do think the chefs may need some more education.

We consistently have good experiences here. If you are a small group you can always use their "free seating" options around the bar area (if any red chaired table is free, you can just go sit, no need to wait!). There are great healthy (and unhealthy!) options, and many friendly (and dare I say, attractive) staff. I recently became much more familiar with their dessert menu when the managers caught wind from our server that one of our party had serious health issues and had recently become very ill. The managers brought our table one of every dessert on the house!
