While I love this place for its convenient location, the always friendly staff and cleanliness... I have had uncomfortable experiences in the drive thru. One time I was with my children in the drive thru and a man with a blody face approached my window asking for some change or for help. My kids and I were so frightned i didnt bother to ask him what he needed. Another time a man came up behind the car sharing into my back window...he then went around to the front and kep walking towrds the back of the cheveron. So the drinks are great besides the occasional too much cream or mot enough sugar which can happen anywhere, my thing is that there are so many people wondering through the drive thru I feel starbucks needs to cutbthe people off by adding a gate to prevent them from using thw drive thru as a short cutt. I could go elsewhere for my drinks and I do when im with my kids. If starbucks could something about keeping those people away from the drive thru I would give them 5 stars and be a far more frequent customer.

I was trying to load my card, get my free drink and buy other things but cashier kept messing up. Had to re ring everything several times, even switching to another register. I am traveling and was hoping to get in and out much faster than that. So put me a little behind my timeframe. Very disappointed that there were no sandwiches. I loved the egg sandwich. Was told you discontinued all the wrapped sandwiches. Unfortunate as not impressed with all the new things in plastic containers..

Hahahahhaha I love this Starbucks , I saw one of the ladys drop a bagel on the ground and put it back in. And then we told the shift manager , I think it was him , brought her out to us and asked her in front of us and she didnt even deny it

This is the best Starbucks in terms of staff and flavor of coffee (I know, theyre corporate and all should be the same, right? ). Unfortunately, you have to watch out for dangerous transients around the premises and inside (yikes!).

I lowered my opinion after seeing the mass of homeless guy belongings directly adjacent to the drive thru window. This after speaking to the manager about their unsavory presence in and around the establishment.

Open late which is awesome. But only the drive-thru was open when I visited because its in a super sketchy location. And they either dont serve food or run out early because they wouldnt sell me any.

There really nice when you go but their hours are not correct they said they close at 11 on Friday and Saturday but then they close early when they feel like it which is not fair to customers

Great Starbucks location, easy to find from the freeway headed eastbound, good service, standard Starbucks menu. The place was recently refurbished and looks very modern.

EZ stop off coming westbound on Interstate 80 towards the city for coffee. Google Maps will guide you through the Clover Leaf with i-780. But its very easy on and off
