This place is worst. Come here if you want bottom of the barrel service along with rude unwelcoming attitude and sexist foul managers. First: It probably is not a good idea to tell a customer they do not have the right to speak. Second: If you make a mistake you should probably fix it instead of telling the customer its their problem now. Third: You should really reconsider blatantly lying to a customers face to attempt to covering-up overpricing items by saying menu pricing is happy hour pricing when it is not. I rarely eat fast food, when I do its pretty straightforward. You place the order and you get what you ordered. If there is a mistake typically its fixed in a professional and courteous manner. I came in with four other people on a Wednesday evening around 7:00 pm. I ordered the following for myself and my girlfriend: Fully Loaded Steak BOSS Wrap + Large Drink Volcano Steak Quesarito Steak Quesarito Cinnamon Twist Total: $16.85 The issues started shortly after ordering. The menu board stated that each BOSS Wrap was $5,19 and you can add-on a large soda for $1.00 which I specifically told him I wanted the $1 large add-on soda. When I got the receipt I realize I was charged $1.89 for the soda. Although some may say this is only $.89 overcharging is overcharging. Its the principle of running an honest business. I brought this up with the cashier, Alfonso Gutierrez. Alfonso stated that I needed to get the combo to get the drink for $1.00 and I was not charged for the combo. I told him that the large soda was placed next to the BOSS Wrap as a $1 add-on. He told me that was a "happy hour" pricing. Nowhere on the board does it say that (see photo below). At this point the assistant manager Alex B. Wilfred said I shouldnt complain because I was not charged for the soda anyways, it was free. I was a bit perplexed as I just paid $1.89 for the soda. I told him I paid for the soda already, he then said that it is my problem now. I didnt want to argue over $.89 or the principles at this point. Shortly after our food arrived, the other 3 people in my party got their food. Two out of the three got completely wrong orders and also included different items than what they were told came in the combo box. Alex was unwilling to fix their mistake. When I brought up once again how he made a mistake on my soda as well, Alex flipped out. He stated that I got a free soda (I never got a free soda). I showed him my receipt that says, I paid $1.89 instead of $1.00 for the soda. He then changed the story to say I must buy a BOSS Wrap to get it for $1.00. I show him my receipt that says "1 Stk BOSSwrap $5.19" he then says the board doesnt say its $1.00. When I showed him that the board says +$1.00 he started going off tangent and made a scene. When my girlfriend politely tried to clarify with him he flipped out. What happened next is just appalling and insulting. Alex very loudly looks and points at my girlfriend and tells her she does not have the right to speak. Everyone including the person sitting in their car at the drive-thru paused and was in shock. Filberto the general manager came out from the back and immediately sent Alex home. Alex made a remark before he left saying he knows how to treat/talk to women because he has sisters. Unbelievable. Moral of the story, just stay away from this Taco Bell. Its a complete joke. Plenty of other places to eat that has better food let alone better service. There are so much that couldve been done to avoid situations like this. This location really needs to look into restructuring and reevaluating their training and who they hire. Not only is the food terrible the attitude and customer service is nonexistent. Attitude like this will only run themselves into the ground. I hope this is a wake up call.

The service was absolutely horrendous, it took almost 15 minutes to get my food and all I ordered was a quesadilla. The employees here care more about gossiping and making jokes about how annoying and ugly customers in the drive through are over having good customer service. I dont recommend going to this location ever, you will regret it.

Older wench immediately gave me attitude when i asked how big a breakfast crunchwrap was. She said regular sized, and i asked "like this big?" And she said the same thing regular size, with an attitide. She rolls her eyes if u ask a question. She should quit. Food was good :)

First time ordering using the APP. Worked perfect! When I was close I let them know i arrived in the App as instructed. As I was walking in door, the lady was calling my name that order was done! Cant Ask for any better service than that!!!

sadly, this used to be a go to spot for me but recently theres always a wait and you just dont enjoy your food as much as you used to. i decided to take my business to another taco bell and havent come back.
