Yesterday, 7/10/14 on my visit to our Orange In n Out I was greeted by Lauren who took my order. She was so polite and helpful it made it easy to spend $20.00. Next was Mike who was sweeping up trash near the driveway so when it was my turn to move up he showed the way as if I were royalty. Melissa was there at the pay window with a big smile and a "welcome to In n Out". The next window is where you get your delicious food and Jeff S. is there again with a bit smile, a thank you and come back again. I dont like to spend money but when you get treated like you are part of the family and with so much kindness and respect, this is where I dont mind spending my money. Thanks for hiring wonderful associates and making their work environment enjoyable. They do a great job and have a great time doing it. You can tell they they like their job and are treated well. It shows. We will be back.

Well, I used to come here quite frequently because it was one of the few fast food places where I dont have to listen to a sales pitch about what I am going to eat. But today, they hit me with an up-sell. Despite the fact that I clearly stated I wanted just a burger, she still asked, "do you want fries and a drink?" So, after a long time coming here, I am done. Permanently. Adios In-and Out!

I always come here because its the closest in n out near my house and they ALWAYS give me an uncooked burger! Tonight I went with some friends and all I got was fries and a milk shake but my friends got burgers and they all ran to the restroom after getting home because the meat was half cooked. This location sucks!!!

If you would ask me which is the best fast food in La I put in and out high on the list. For years they offer the same burgers for almost the same price, and I have been eating here for so many years. They might not be perfect, but they are not far from it.

The drive-thru lines can be quite insane, but sometimes you have to have a double double, fries and a shake. Better than The Habit, better than 5 Guys, better prices, better taste in my opinion. Hard to beat the classic that is In-N-Out.

A little disappointed given the hype, but this quaint burger restaurant largely made up for it with refreshingly fresh vegetables in the burgers, surprisingly punchy chillis and a very low price.

Always busy but the food is good. The drive-thru wraps around so you wont be blocking any parking spots. The frys seem to be a bit more crispy then others but thats probably my imagination.

Twice now they cant seem to get plan meat and bread only right. I even said no cheese this time and had them repeat it and still.. they gave me a burger with cheese. Theyre hopeless.

Extremely busy but efficient. I always go in because the drive thru looks intimidating ....they are taking advance orders - but it just looks long. And I love the smell.

I dislike fast food, but when needs must In-N-Out are the best. Quick service by friendly staff and the food is hot and fresh. Value for money, beats big Mac hands down.

I ordered animal style fries with my burger & nobody take care of it, lesson learned if you want fast service dont order animal style fries with your burger....

I dont understand why everyone raves about In-n-out. The bun has consistency of Styrofoam and burger is fairly tasteless. Fries are good and restaurant clean.

I love any In N Out. This is a typical one. The parking can be tough during the day however. There are a lot of restaurants crammed into a small area.
