Ok, Ill admit right away that this is a "review" of all in-n-outs. Everybody stop for a minute, please. HELLO, I ASKED FOR YOUR ATTENTION AND ONLY NEED IT FOR A MINUTE, TOPS. In-n-out is good. Get it? they are good, not great, not anything over the level of good. I know its a "thing," everyone loves to talk about how great in-n-out is. Thats the problem, though, its a "thing." I cannot figure why people have this compulsion to swear its the best burger and fries out there, but, they just do. Reality time, Ill repeat it in case it was too hard to hear the first time. IN-N-OUT IS THE MOST OVER-RATED FAST FOOD JOINT IN EXISTENCE. THEIR FOOD IS GOOD AT BEST, JUST GOOD. (I apologize for all the caps, but I knew that this would be to difficult for some people to hear, I had to yell. Sadly, Im pretty sure that most of them still didnt hear me and will never admit that there are many better burgers out there.)

Just stopped by at In n Out (11PM) at Golden Spring, Diamond Bar, CA on the way home from Pasadena after watching America Got Talent. Therere only 2 employees working inside. However, they were fast, efficient and very detail oriented. Yahaira took our order, she asked all the right questions that we forgot. Watching her working from the drive through window is a work of art: while taking order, her hands filling up the drink, flipping the patties, packing the orders, eyes at the monitor to see what is next, etc. all of that with a beautiful smile on her face. Just 2 of them, but keeping customers at 3windows flowing very smoothly. In n Out is lucky to have an employee likes her. 2 thumbs up for Yahaira and the gentlemen that I cant see his name tag working tonight at this location.

In n Out Burger is truly the California burger. The beef is never frozen and everything is fresh. The menu consists of burgers, fries, sofas and shakes. Thats it. And they do it right. You get your burger made just how you like it with from one to four patties! Lettuce, tomato, onions raw or grilled, spread, chopped chilies and pickles are available upon request. Fries are freshly cut and fried. The taste of the burgers and fries at In n Out have a are like no other. One of the best things about In n Out is you can get food until 1am and 1:30 am Friday and Saturdays. This particular restaurant has a drive thru with 2 lanes and 2 walk up windows. There are a couple of outdoor tables but most people get their food to go. Try their shakes ! You wont be disappointed

A little hard to pull into this location because of the size, but service is as quick as they can make it. There is a small parking lot with benches for eating there which is sperate from the inlet for the drive thru. There is an outside order window for wake ups, but no indoor seating.

Vanessa is out of this world! She took an order of 29 lunches in less than 5 minutes, and I was on my way back to the office in 15 minutes--to everyones delight! Vanessa even made sure I could get everything in my car. Thank you!!!

Took 35 minutes to place and get our food with only 8 cars in front of us. When we got our food the fries looked bad and taste bad. The only thing that was good was the burger. They need to work on speed and quality at this location.

Slowest In & Out I have ever been to. Order 1 #2 & it took over 40 minutes in the drive way, with only 3 cars in front of me! It took nearly 10 minutes to take my money at the window. So much for in & out!! Not impressed

If you know and love In-N-Out Burger, then youll like this one. Its an old-style drive thru location with a small kitchen though, so be prepared for long lines sometimes.

Place has only outdoor seating and almost no shade. The microphone for ordering needs to be replaced also so you have to yell your order. Customer service is fine tho.
