Tried to call in a reservation because you cant do it online if its a party of 7 or more. I was told we couldnt do it. My party size decreased so I put our name on the Wait List, online. When I arrived at the restaurant, they didnt have our name. The host began to argue with me as if he didnt believe I checked in online. I asked him just to put our name down. When I asked how long the wait was, he said 25 minutes. We went into the bar, sat down, ordered drinks and an appetizer. As soon as the appetizer arrived, our pager began to flash. When we told our server in the bar, she just dropped the food and dishes onto the table and left. We picked up our food, dishes and drinks and went out to the hostess desk, where I was told it would be a few minutes while a chair was added to our table. So, well just stand in the waiting room, holding our food, waiting to be seated. If it werent for our server, Ethen, I would have given a 1 star review. Food was average at best. Ethen was fantastic.

Just tried this one after a year and still awful. Last time we came the service was next level awful- watched 5 desperate parties that arrived after us be seated first. Waiter took 20 min to even stop by and greet then took so long between drinks orders and bringing food that the appetizers we ordered through the kiosk after placing our food order arrived nearly 30 minutes ahead of our food. This time didnt even make it through the wait to be seated. After about 10 minutes the hostess starts announcing "Steve party of 2" says this 3 times before the other hostess says "why are you saying Steve? That says Shanon" (Shanon being me) they both have a good laugh then move on to seat the next group of 2 without even attempting to see if there is a Shanon party of 2. Instantly done. Awful service and brainless staff.

Came here for Valentines Day with my boyfriend. The restaurant is rather small inside and the tables are placed really close to each other. We ordered their famous octopus sad, and it is super good. The octopus is tender and juicy. I ordered the duck laguinne, which was rather on the plain side, but still delicious nevertheless. My boyfriend ordered the lasagna, which was my ultimate favorite. Super flavorful and delicious. Keep in mind these portions are all really small.

Our server (I believe her name was Monica) was absolutely wonderful. Mine and my dates drinks were never less than half full, we had plenty of breadsticks, and she shared a bit about herself with us. Shes a wonderful person, and is so kind and generous. She definitely took care of us. If we lived here we would go back just to have her as our server. Very satisfied. :)

Our server, Vinny, was great! We could tell it was a bit understaffed with servers here at the time (for whatever reason); and it seemed like there were more hosts out front than servers, but Vinny did his best to make his rounds and help his tables as quickly and efficiently as possible. And he did it all with a wonderful and friendly smile.

Food has greatly gone downhill - the service is still okay. The breadsticks are no longer warm and taste a bit stale. The salads are just 99 cents store lettuce with some other offerings like a bit of tomatoes and onions. This place is a sad place compared to what it was in its hayday.

I had a wonderful experience!! We waited about five minutes to be seated our waiter Rachel had a great personality and she made our dining experience very pleasent. The food was very hearty and delicious. Im definently coming back to this Olive Garden!!

Great service and food. good portions and came to the table hot. unlimited salad and breadsticks are just as I remember when this chain was still open in Canada. Limited beer selection but only a minor point.
