Three times Ive been here and the service was always bad. First time the cashier charge me an extra drink then refunded it without even telling me. When I went back and spoke to the cashier about the extra charge the manager stepped in and was very rude about the whole thing taking the side of the cashier and acted like I was crazy for caring about not being told about the refund. Then to be even a bigger jerk instead of saying sorry he asked if I wanted a cookie to make me leave. Second time I ordered two drinks and they forgot the second drink. And the third time I ordered the new two fish tacos for two dollars and the drive through cashier told me they didnt offer that even though it was on the menu. Then after having to go back and forth with him he finally asked someone and apologize for not knowing the menu, but then when I got to the window he was very rude and didnt say hello or goodbye. Just the total and stared at me waiting for the card. I would go to another Del Taco but sadly this is the closest one to my boyfriends place.

Tried the steak flatbreads and the fish tacos for the first time the other night and I definitely got to say the steak flatbreads hit the mark especially when coupled with the hot sauce. The steak was surprisingly tender and it went well with the shredded cheese and lettuce stuffed inside the soft flatbread. At a little over $3, the flatbreads are a bit more expensive though compared to other items in their menu. The fish tacos felt a bit flat especially when I have Taco Nazo to compare it to. However, given that its a fast food restaurant, its not bad. The fish was not that big, but it had a nice crunch to it. It would have been a bit better if there were more lettuce added to it. It did seem like more attention was given to the drive thru than the walk in customers because I had to wait a while before my order was taken. Thats probably because the same guy was working the drive thru AND the walk in counter. Other than that, the service was friendly.

I have come here a few times after 10pm and the drive thru is terrible. Literally nobody has taken my order three times now. Honking, pulling up to the window and even calling the location doesnt do anything. They used to be great about 6 months ago but the new staff needs to either be let go, put on a shift that they can stay awake for or gives them better training. This is ridiculous, a line of about 6 cars just went to jack n the box across the street. And Im staring at a father who just got locked out because he went to grab something from the car- his kids are inside and the staff are not letting him in.

SUPER STINGY franchise owners. If you dont tell them, they will give you 1 hot sauce packet for a burrito. Also, they do not accept expired coupons like the Del Taco down the street. They charge sales tax on free coupon items, which is ok by me.. but I dont get why all other Del Tacos dont do this.. wonder if the owners are pocketing the difference. Only come here if you have to, otherwise choose the one on Valley.. they accept unlimited coupons and expired ones too

This place has been my childhood growing up. I would often come here after both middle and high school to hang out and eat cheap tacos, especially Taco Tuesday. Its great fast food, and the food always comes out quickly. Great for its price, especially when deals are present.

Got my order wrong twice, you need fluent English speakers!! This is America not Tijuana Update: 9-3-14 I broke down & came in again & they got the order wrong again. Save yourself the time & money. Go somewhere else.

This is the best Del Taco Ive ever been to. Im here twice a week. Always clean, great service, great staff, food is always fresh and hot whether its 12pm or 12 am.
