Edit 06/06/16: Editing my review after todays experience. The girl on the drive thru speaker kept butchering my order and kept rushing me through my order by asking "will this complete your order?" Every. Single. Time. (I ordered for 5 people). So she reads it back to me and its still wrong. So I had to repeat my order a couple times because she would not slow down and listen. I get to the window and the girl there repeated my order and it was still bleeping wrong!!! And shes like oh it must be this other order. Then shes handing me the drinks, still effing wrong. Im like are you serious right now? Is there a hidden camera somewhere? So in the end, I mustve repeated my order like 5 times. Get back to the office, and the order IS STILL WRONG. Omg. Wtf. Sigh. Original review: Employees are always friendly. This place is always packed during lunch but theyre pretty efficient. Chick-fil-A was smart placing an Asian manager in this location to reflect the surrounding community (his southern twang is cool!). The only gripe I have about this place is that they have gotten my orders wrong a few times in the past. By the time I get to the office, Im too lazy to go back to have them correct their error. Now I check the bags to make sure!

Who doesnt love chick fil a? After experiencing the nasty processed foods from the other fast food places, you really can appreciate the fact that youre getting real chicken! I would much rather pay the extra money for real chicken nuggets for my kids instead of the processed globs of so called chicken that they serve at the Golden Archers. Also, its sure a pleasant refreshing dining experience when you have a staff that truly enjoys their job and always replies with "my pleasure." You just dont get the same kind of vibe from the other fast food restaurants. Thumbs up chick fil a! Moo!

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Natures God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. Nevertheless the chicken here is really good and the service is great! I have a huge fetish for the good here. I wont get into detail what I do with the chicken, but Chick-fil-a is fantastic!

This city of industry chick fil a is my favorite chick fil a to visit. The staff is always very nice and the personal story on the wall of the owner is nice and humanizes the place. Also, my kids school fundraisers are always here. I really like the grilled chicken nuggets, with waffle fries and a frozen lemonade. By far my go to meal. They now have an app you can use on your smartphone to earn points for future food freebies. Parking is now very easy since theres no more supermarket in this plaza.

Chick-fil-A serves up tasty chicken sandwiches. The chicken is always moist, tender, perfectly seasoned, and flavorful. The veggies are fresh and I have no complaints about the bun. I also love the wide variety of sauces at Chick-fil-A. All Chick-fil-A restaurants, including the City of Industry location, also have outstanding consumer service; they are always friendly and helpful. It truly makes the dining experience a lot better. The City of Industry location also has great parking in a safe area.

Simple menu yet healthy and tasty. Staff and managers are very friendly, courteous and professional. I was treated like I am in an upper scale restaurant. I felt well taken care from the moment I walked in till I left. Honestly it, was better than being at chilis or wing stop or anywhere else, neat, clean and organized. Keep up the great work and wonderful hospitality. Thanks for a great experience.

Tends to be pretty bustling. Staff are generally friendly and helpful - proactively seeking to serve customers. Food quality has generally been good. Have had a few mishaps where I didnt get exactly what I ordered and also have ran into a few instances where using the Mobile App at this store hasnt gone smoothly. Otherwise, a fine establishment that I regularly visit with my family and for lunch.

Great service and yummy food. I thoroughly enjoy your breakfast bagel with chicken. A crunchy chicken breast thats really moist, topped with egg and cheese, on a seeded bagel. Healthy and delicious! The service was awesome as they brought the food to our table when it was ready. Dont forget their great selection of sauces!

Industry Chick-fil-a is simply the best place to have a tasty chicken sandwich or salad. Love the friendly and hospitable service. Just a great place to hang out and enjoy a meal with friends and family. There is a nice indoor playground for your young kids to play. The staff is courteous and warm.

Plan to spend at least 30 minutes in the drive thru line to get your food. This place is always packed! They also are very stingy on how many sauces they give you, For a place that pushes good customer service you shouldnt make your customers feel uncomfortable to ask for sauces.

I love chick fil a Its hella delicious and the service is great. Yet this location sucks. I usually give resturants 2 chances before they piss me off. But i keep coming back because the food is great. I just wish they would stop getting my order wrong. EVERYTIME!!

This place is the most friendliest restaurant I have ever eaten. Employees are actually too nice and will do whatever to help you. The food tastes great like any other Chik-Fil-A. Plus students get a free ice cream cone with ID. Highly recommend this place!

drive thru was really fast since there were 3 staffs taking order outside. not only that, you can pay really quick. right after i gave him ny card, swipe, done, not even 2 seconds. chicken sandwich and fries are great. dont forget to get polynesian sauce!

This is your average standard corporate restaurant. Service is usually good except when they get slammed. Prices are getting a bit too high for what they are serving. Parking is always a PITA because of the 24 Hour Fitness next door.

As far as fast food goes it is pretty hard to top CfA. The food its great and they have some of the nicest staff i have ever encounter. Seriously. They go out of their way to satisfy you, even when its not their obligation.
