Slow indifferent service. When I got to the drive-through speaker to order (about 10:12 pm), I was told to hold, which lasted about 2 mins. I then had to wait behind 3 cars for about another 13 - 15 mins before getting to the window. I asked the server for the manager to complain about being stuck in line with nowhere to exit, for over 15+ mins. It turns out that the server was the manager! Claims he had 2 big orders. Pretty much he had a "I dont care" attitude. I dont remenber him even apologising for wasting my time either!

Difficult to order theu the drive thru .. they struggle to understand special orders .. like 3 tacos no cheese no lettuce the rest regular .. I get either all one way or the other .. the burritos are soooooooo soggy, they dont fold them into a burrito, so its a huge mess .. I just go in & speak slowly & dont get supreme burritos . ..

Food was good cleaning the place instead of talking to eat other would of made this place a little better for my experience...I had to ask the guy in the drive thru for a lid for my drink because there were non in the front for me to get....Dont know if its own by Sunny still because this used to be a great place

Tortillas on my shredded chicken mini quesadillas were soggy from sweat, not cooked long enough Also thank goodness I came home to eat, not even one napkin in my bag :/ Nachos and quesadillas are a very messy meal.. Its not the first time so decided to submit review SMH

Pretty careless . she was gona give me a cup not filled all the way to the top . the tacos were pathetic. Its no wonder this place has 3 stars . seriously disappointing. How many pathetic tacos and half ass drinks were served today?

I got three tacos asked no tomatoes and ended up with extra toms no cheese and no lettuce barely any meat, crunch wrap no cheese and it was cold. They dont answer their phone

This is the worst taco bell in town, they give less meat than other taco bells. Take twice as long to give food out.. and their staff seemed unhappy when providing service

Been here dor the 3rd time coffee always way after i get my food. The cashier doesnt know what equal is. And i have to repeat my order like 3 times

literally give you HALF as much toppings/meat as other Taco bells... also, their "shells" are ALWAYS stale...stay away from this taco bell...
