Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream in town! Cant believe I just found the place. They also have this cute dessert, some jelly and mousse combo. The ice cream was made on the spot from liquid to solid in less than 2minutes; yes, I timed it :) Ordered small puffle cup with strawberry ice cream, and wow I can definitely taste its made of real strawberry, not some artificial stuff. And its so creamy. I was told the jelly/mousse thing was made from real fruit and juice. I believed it. Its so Delicious, perfect blend of taste of pineapple and mango, and texture of jelly and mousse. Ill definitely come back to try other flavors, and their puffle. If there is any complaint, it would be the waiting time. But , hey, they make everything fresh, I think the wait is justified.

Ice cream was good but the store only had one cashier and one attendee making all the puffle and ice cream. Was a bit messy because of the rush and had to wait about 25 min. Since they were so rushed, the puffle was very hot and melted the ice cream too quickly - dont recommend doing this to go. I end up having to re-freeze when I got home. The experience is unique because they make the ice cream fresh in front of you with liquid nitrogen and mixing bowls but overall average taste and nothing too unique. Recommend as an experience

WARNING! This place is worryingly bad, wrt both its service and food. Service: too many mistakes. I ordered one iced black tea (they gave me milk tea), one hot milk tea with low sugar (the options on the menu were low/regular/high, and they gave me no sugar), and an original puffle (someone else took my puffle). Oh, theyre very slow too. Food: black tea was bland like water, milk tea tasted nothing like milk tea, and the puffle was too wet, not crunchy at all.

This place is so cool! The texture of their ice cream is different than the normal ice cream. Its thick, chewy yet smooth and dense. The best part of this place is watching the ice cream making process. The steam that comes from the liquid nitrogen while they are making your ice cream is pretty entertaining.

Great place to pass the dreaded wait time for Kula Sushi. The ice cream is prepared in front of you and the result tastes like soft serve, if youre into that. I tried their Mango Black tea with aloe and green tea jelly. It was alright, nothing spectacular. The green tea jelly had only a hint of green tea.

I was waiting in line for ten minutes. And for the last 5 minutes there were no customer in front of me. The counter work was just playing with nitrogen for 5 minutes. It was super weird. At the end, she told me they already closed. WTF??? I just wasted 10 minutes watching her play with nitrogen?

Interesting concept, but it takes too long to hand-make each scoop of ice cream. They didnt have regular vanilla ice cream, so we ordered salted caramel scoops. No one likes that flavor, as there was a strange aftertaste.

Salted caramel ice cream was great - not overly sweet and with the really smooth texture you get from liquid nitrogen. Service was somewhat friendly though really slow. Not a place to come if you are in a rush.

My kid love this place because the dragon breath we use to go to sf for it lol. Now its in the South bay be cant stop asking for the ice cream and dragon breath.
