Doesnt even rate 1/2 star!! I let a man and his son go in front of my family who was using the restroom. He pointed out to the server behind the counter that he had just handled money and not washed his hands and then proceeded to grab a cone to be filled with ice cream. After the man demanded another cone, the server still did not wash his hands and looked clueless as to why the man asked for another cone. I grabbed my wife and son and walked out of the store with my son asking why we werent getting any ice cream. My wife then asked for hand sanitizer, which I keep in my truck for emergency purposes, stating that there wasnt any soap in the restroom they had just come out of. Also, there were about 10 empty slots where ice cream could be kept so they should be called "20 flavors" instead of 31...

Over priced we were not greeted customer service was horrible and worst off all ICE CREAM WAS SOGGY AND SOFT my car was parked at chilis and when I got in my car the ice cream MELTED

They didnt have some of the popular flavors, and the ice cream was on the soft side, but they do have Tuesday family night deals.
