Freshly baked cookies, and ice cream making for an amazing sandwich. They have a huge selection of cookies, but going with the chocolate chip cookies is always a solid choice as chips chill in the cookie and make for a better texture than a big soft sandwich that youd get with the other choices. Great selection of ice cream flavors too, but be ready for a huge dose of sweetness no matter what you order. Mike is usually working and jamming to the tunes and is always ready to make a great sandwich with a smile.

The ice cream alone is delectable and varies in flavours. Though the cone made of ginger snap dough was an actual surprise and accentuated the overall experience. I havent had the chance to try the ice cream sandwiches or the baked goods, but will come again hungry for more. Prices are amazing and not too sweet like other chains.

Awesome ice cream! The Cream Taco is a great deal (3 scoops - 2 toppings)! Everyone in our group got one and the "taco" shell is light, delicate, and wonderful on its own (cinnamon and a hint of nutmeg). The only small hitch was that the line was confusing (in front or behind the cord?). Well be back!

My husband, baby and I had such a great experience tonight at Cream. The man working greeted us when we walked in making us instantly feel welcomed. The cookies were fresh an warm and the ice cream was supper yummy. Lastly the restaurant was very clean. We will definitely be back!

Nice ambiance and the place is always very clean. There are a few vegan options, but they are all significantly more expensive than the standard ice cream/cookies. The flavor of the vegan mint chocolate chip ice cream was so-so, I dont think its worth coming back for.

Coffee was way too hot and spilt over the top when I took the lid off to cool it down. The lady also scooped my ice-cream up first and then did the coffee. She took so long to make it that my ice-cream was half way melted by the time she was done...

Nothing special. Cashier was unable my gift card. She also said that the credit card system was down, but managed to swipe my CC. Odd. Ultimately, the whole reason for coming was to use my gift card, which I didnt.

CREAM is pretty great. The sandwich is pretty massive so be prepared to either share or over index on sugar. Wish they had more non dairy flavors but I understand why they dont have more than 2.

Can have ice cream served in a variety of ways... cone, cup, between cookies or waffles, taco shaped cone. The ice cream itself was very creamy and tasty and the staff was very friendly.
