The restaurant was almost empty, I ordered a chicken dish, the chicken was obviously cooked prior to my arrival--it was the kind you buy frozen with the "grill" marks on it and then they just poured sauce on it. The waitress seemed to be new and was very unable to "multi" task. She could not prioritize bring the meal over clearing tables, then when I did ask for my check she first took another order, cleared a table, brought the next table drinks then I got my check. I will try them again because they are close to home but another experience like this will take them off my list, no matter how close they are.

The restaurant is nice and the server have good service as well. For the month of July, I go vegan every year and Ill probably never visit TGIs by first choice ever again! Even as a vegetarian, veggie options are so slim. During my visit July 2014, I was literally served a plate of lettuce and cucumbers. I find it funny looking back and it.. But thats just terrible!/at restaurants like TAPS, the servers and chefs are so accommodating and have made me gorgeous and delicious vegan salads and meals.. But this location.. Literally served a heaping plate of lettuce and cucumbers lmao.. Not veg*n friendly!

They close at 2; I got there at 1 and they would not sell me any food. Bartender said they were shutting down the grill an hour before closing, even though they were still bringing out food to other customers. How great is that folks. Awesome job! Never again! Been working double shifts and TGI basically told me that my money was no good.

Service was extremely slow. The food was garbage. Mac and cheese was dry noodles with bread crumbs all over. Everything else was cold. The server never refilled our drinks. Bathrooms had trash spilling out of the bins on the floor. Toilets were covered in filth. This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to.

I should have read the reviews !!! I have been to some bad towns and had horrible food. This place sets the standard for disgusting. This is my first time to write a review and thought it would be best to warn the public. Would love to explain further but Im on the way to the toilet to alleviate the problem lunch.

Im here now. My drink has been empty for the last 10 minutes. my appetizer (I ordered the motzerella sticks) came cold and the waiter has no customer service skills at all. Nobody working here looks like they want to be here. I just sent back my appetizer. not a happy customer so far and this is my first visit.

Great food. Great staff. Happy Hour everyday prior to 7pm. Half priced appetizers and drink specials. If you cant find parking in front, theres a garage in back and they validate that parking for 3hrs. Unfortunately cell reception is spotty in here and their free Wi-Fi is also spotty.

Services are okay. The Free Wi-fi connection is very poor. I have reported to the head office Many many many many times about this Wi-fi issue, looks like They Dont care to fix It at all.

Ate dinner there, not impressed. I got a very tiny piece of meat, about 3" x 3", the Jack Daniels Rib-Eye, for $19.30. Ive been to other TGIFs and was pleased. I guess times have changed
