WORST TIME EVER: We went on 07/07/2017 waited 15 mins which was fine. Our server didnt even introduce himself to us. The hostesses were just waiting around and the waiters and waitresses were blocking exits. I never got a refill on my water and I asked 3 times. There was about a table of nine being very rude. They were about my age which is 20 and above. They were screaming and at one point 4 of the girls screeched so loud my ears started to ring. My mother ordered the wings from the endless apps they were old and had no sauce. I ordered the loaded baked potatoes, never order them. Mines were cold and bland af. I tried flagging down 3 waiters none of them cared. They tried to charge extra for a loaded baked potato that never came to the table. My dad had ordered the fish and chips. The fries were super stale. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE WITH MY FAMILY EVER.

Worst service Ive ever had. The only time I saw our waiter was right after we were seated. He came by to take our drink order and then never came back. We were eventually served by the bus boy who then took our order. We waited 20 minutes for drinks and a full our to get our food. All our service was from the bus boy who only came by when I complained. They seemed to be busy but even when the check came, our waiter was no where in sight. I payed exact change and tracked down the bus boy to tip him directly. They skimped on the alcohol, the food was terrible, and there was only 2 of us. I wont be coming back here ever again and Ive already started telling my friends its not a good place to eat.

My husband and I had the worst service ever yesterday. The waitress her name is sarah was so unprofessional, she didnt smile, she was rude I had to repeat myself several times. We ran out of chips for our appetizer she kept passing by, our drinks were empty. Food took so long and she didnt even let us know when our food will arrive. My husband ordered his steak medium he got it way over cooked and dry. By far the worst they should hire people who knows good costumer service. This girl obviously doesnt know what costumer service is. By the way the receipt mentions how much you should tip ranging from 18% 20% 22% I dont think so.

I went to dinner with my favorite niece and 2 great-nephews; we had to wait 30 mins which was understandable however, once we were seated, our waitress Alexis was horrible. She checked on us once, we asked for separate checks, my nephews fries were stale, she acted as though she didnt want to replace them with fresh fries... Unbeknownst to me, I had met the General Mgr prior to being seated but hed already left by the time we were ready to leave. Ruben apologized & gave us complimentary appetizer & dessert vouchers for our "dissatisfaction with the unsatisfactory service". The food was good, service sucked!

I have been here a few times due to celebrating birthdays and for some reason, they choose to celebrate it here. I consistently get mediocre service and food here. We make reservation days in advance for a large party but we always find ourselves waiting for 30 mins or more. There has been more times that my food has arrived with something wrong than right. I have learned my lesson that sending it back will just make me wait that much more for a correct order. There is not much else to say, if they make changes since the last time I was there, I dont mind giving them another chance.

Will not come here EVER again... first off went to bathroom and was completely disgusted. There was water and Piss all over the floor surrounding the stalls, some stalls didnt even have toilet paper stocked. Ordered a lemonade and my wife ordered the raspberry iced tea, lemonade was almost completely water and the raspberry tea was chunky and gross. Ordered the kids Mac and cheese and was completely distgusted, it looked like it had been sitting out the entire day and just reheated..... entirely disappointed by service and food with this place...

I(african amreican) was at TGIF on March 13th,2014. i had the worst experience in going there ever. The waitress(hispanic) completely ignored me,as if I want even there. When another hsipanic couple came in,she hurried over to serve them,and left me just sitting there. and didnt offer me a drink or took my order. I waited there 29 minutes before the bartender(white) came over and offered me a drink. hell I had the same experience in this area by the Dave and Busters bartenders. Looks like this City Mall area has high RACISM practices.

Horrible experience. Our server Maren, was very rude and had the worst attitude. We were not aware of the non-sharing policy with the appetizers and she treated us with such disrespect to inform us about that. We ended up being charged $45 dollars for a mere 20 wings and some drinks. They can forget about my and my familys business. Never going back there. Stay away if you want to have a decent time! Also, really loud, busy, and slow service.

Service here was absolutely terrible. Waiter came and gave us our drink order and never returned to get our food order. Eventually, we got served by another person. It was only when the food came out did our waiter come back! The food was average for its price, while they forgot to give us a drink we ordered as well. We wouldnt have tipped if we had change. It was a terrible experience. We wont be returning again.

What happens when you suddenly find yourself hungry and need to eat and there’s nothing good around? You end up at TGI Friday’s. And it sucks just as much as you’d imagine. Fries were already going cold. Burger was only slightly warm. I hate chain restaurants. And when the waiter asked me how it was he was already walking away before I could answer.

Decent food, but NOT a child-friendly place. They added game consoles to every table that are designed to attract kids, and as soon as they touch it - you get charged $1.99. There is no agreement or warning, you dont even have to play the game. It charges immediately. They should never put these on your table unless you agree to having it.

Atmosphere was phenomenal! BUT, the so-called "bartender" said we couldnt share the appetizers. "Its on the fine print" she added, and said shell charge 10 bucks from all of us... it was 6 of us... whatever, never coming back to this place... on top of that, she wasnt to be found when we needed to cash out. Do not go to the bar section!

HAPPY HOUR! Mon-Sat! 3 PM-7 PM 9 PM-2 AM $5 Long Islands (strong) $1.50 Fries Comfy stools. Staff seemed a little frenzied as the night went on but its all good. CHEAP ALCOHOL. Also, when I called to ask the time of HH, they had said 10 PM but they still served us at 9:15 sooooo.... try?

I like to grab a beer here at the bar before seeing a movie. The new endless appetizers are a plus and theres rarely a wait at the bar. My friends have a different impression of this place but anyone I bring here reluctantly agrees the food is better than they give it credit.
