Ordered a Thanksgiving meal from them a few days before the holiday arrived to make sure I got my meal. The online process is easy and when I showed up there was a little chaos with is understandable it is the holidays. What I didnt expect is the food I got. I ordered a twelve person meal with carved turkey and ham. Everything was supposed to be just warm up and go. The reason I went this way because the wife and I just didnt have to time to make the dinner and we didnt want to spoil it for the girls. The gravy spilled in the box they gave me, the stuffing portion was for three people. To top it off the meal meal which was turkey and ham was not delivered as promised. They sold out of ham how I dont know since my ham was already pre-order. They made it up my giving me more turkey and they that when the worker told me the turkey had not been cooked yet and that it was raw. I said sure what choice did I have then. When I got home a look at the turkey revealed it was raw, like not even seasoned, just raw turkey breast in a pan. I had to season and finish thawing the turkey . Never buying a holiday meal from Boston market again. I will add though the workers did try to be cheerful despite the chaos around them.

Came in for the half chicken special, but was told the special hed ended, so went ahead and ordered the 3 piece dark with green beans and mashed potatoes as my side. They gave me two of the smallest drumsticks I have ever seen and what looked like a thigh thats was cut in half. The Mashed potatoes serving was a good amount as was the serving of green beans. Dont know what size chickens they are using, maybe Cornish game hens, but have "normal" chickens spinning for display? Either way, I dont eat here that often anymore for the portion size, but the taste of the chicken was as good as it gets, just wish the pieces were bigger.

Went to Boston Market for my first time today at about 4pm and they were out of chicken! This is so frustrating since this could have easily been prevented if they would have just started to cook more chicken when they saw that they were getting low instead of waiting until they were completely out! I was told it would be an hour and a half before they would have more ready. Very disappointed! I will never go back.

I used to eat here about once a month but shortly before the new year they started filling the place with gaudy advertising that hides the food displays and then even worse, they took the sandwich Ive been ordering for years off the menu last month. I wont be coming back

Food was decent and came out quick enough but the business itself was filthy. We were the only customers dining inside and we had to specifically ask an employee to clean off a table because all of them were too dirty to eat at.

Great food for a great price! Delicious home style meals. I enjoy their meat plates of turkey, chicken, or ribs. Their sides are awesome. Great pecan pie. And even a coke machine that provides hundreds of flavors.

Decent service the food been sitting in the warmers for a long time they have a much more limited selection now. At least they still have the Coca Cola drink machine with 100 different flavors

Came here on a Saterday afternoon around 2:00. The dining area was a mess, there were six tables that were not cleaned. The food was more cafeteria tasting, i would never come back.
