Today is Thursday August 7th Im at Paneras Bread and received bad service with both of the managers who are working about 7 p.m. tonight and an attitude from a waitress I usually have a pleasant experience here and I do a lot of business meetings here and refer lot of people here but if they dont take care of their personnel then that will change my family owns plenty of restaurants the beach house one in particular in Laguna Beach and we know how to deal with customers and never argue with a customer just cuz they change their mind and wanted to upsize a salad from a half solid to a whole salad and pop an attitude for no reason its like really Ps I wrote the above review last week however I came in again and Joseph who happens to be the manager tonight which is Friday August 11th at 7:30 p.m. and I dealt with him before hes quite a professional courteous and kind and makes you feel at home and makes you feel like you want to come back regardless of past circumstances hes really a peoples person I highly recommend him as Managements even District management Ps September 3rd 7:30 p.m. the service is not consistent and is a little slow and a little lazy not wanting to go the extra mile for customers

Ordered breakfast and a frozen caramel drink. Food came out within 10 minutes. We are now finished with our food and the drink has still not been made??! And when I saw they had a frozen watermelon lemonade I went to go order I had been standing there for 2 minutes then someone comes in after me and the lady just ignores the fact Ive been standing there before the man that just walked in and helped him order!!!?!!!? never returning sad looking sandwich for $5+

Horrible! I wont be going back! The last 3 times Ive been they have screwd up my order horrible or the food was awful! So upset! The last time I got a panini there was Litterally half of an unripe avocado with skin on it, and the sandwich was horrible. I got a salad to go and there was no dressing I had to drive back and they didnt apologize and still didnt give me enough. I have always loved Panera and because of this store I wont be coming back!

Ordered a half/half meal with a half sesame chicken salad and got less than 1 cup lettuce and a sprinkle of chicken and three almond slices.The hunk of bread was much bigger than the salad..but a ton of wonton strips (which I dont eat). No pickle. Whyinclude the hunk of bread when a sandwich is ordered? The half sandwich was ok but this was certainly a rip for the money.

This place gets hit during lunch. Came in and Mom and 2 kids were struggling to order while another mom and her kids behind me were trying to figure out where the giant menu above the cashier was...-_- Food: Cant go wrong with the Turkey Bacon Bravo Atmosphere: Moms and kids, people pretending they aer working/studying but they are just surfing the web (on the free wifi)

Went for a quick dinner before the 4th of July fireworks. Soup and half sandwich. French onion soup just warm with no cheese. Very different from previous experiences. (consistency is key for repeat customers). Half a roast beef sandwich on stale French (requested) bread and limp tomatoes. Truly unexpected. Regular customer who may think twice in the future.

I cant believe theres only one review, its such a busy place. I come hear often to work & make phone calls, in between my appointments. Its a friendly atmosphere, I like the food at Paneras. They have simple dishes that appeal to the hungry side of me and to the healthy one. The staff is always courteous.

I really liked this place as it is a very clean restaurant/coffee house. I met a client there and the atmosphere is perfect even for an initial meeting place. The service was excellent especially for Orange County. You will enjoy this place!

I love panera bread, but the service really sucks at this location. They always screw up my order. Are always out of certain things. And constantly forgets to bring orders to table. Its too consistent not to be content with the service here.

Service extremely slow. Ordered rapid pick up and still not ready 30 minutes later. The manager refused to allow splenda to be added to a cappuccino. Seems odd. Obviously something has changed here lately. Where did the customer service go?

Interesting food but have to say on this visit I had a late lunch (after 3pm) and the salad looked like it was prepared several hours ahead of time and was a bit soggy. Good food should be fresh and prepared minutes before serving!

Its 10am. Go in for a bagel, out. Switch to get a sandwich, out of the flat bread. Scones...out. Wtf? Are you not a bakery? Roll some dough and put it in a damn oven. Lol. Great place to get a breakfast salad. Atkins approved.

I only got a toasted bagel with butter and it took almost 10 minutes. Im sure I sound a bit bratty, but the Panera in Solana Beach that I normally go to serves up a toasted bagel in a couple minutes.

Its exactly what you would expect from a Panera, simple and delicious food thats healthy and convenient. The restaurant was clean and well kept and looked like basically every other Panera ever.

A half sandwich, a banana, and a soda came to $11. The place is little bit expensive for me to justify eating here very often. Otherwise the service is friendly and the food is good.

Nice little Panera bread that is walking distance from the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. The employees were super nice, but they were already out of a few menu items at 530 PM.

This place lives up to the Panera Bread standard. A unique thing about this location is the fire pit in the outdoor seating area -- a really nice touch.
