3rd time getting take out from here and each time had to wait a good amount longer than I was told for the order to be ready. Tonight took the cake when I was told 15-20 mins, and finally got my food 50 min later. Restaurant was half empty and 2 other customers obviously also waiting a long time for their take out order. They had to ask me three times on the phone the name for the order. They also missed an item I ordered that luckily I caught when they rung me up. Not running their business well. Too bad because the food is good, but both being on the pricey side and the mis-management Ill be hard pressed to return.

Mai Thai is a great Thai restaurant!! went for there Lunch specials which are around $8-9. i thought it was a bit high...till they brought out this HUGH, and i mean HUGH, package of Pad Thai. it was enough for 2 meals. im on a diet so i didnt want to eat all of it in one meal.... but it was so Darn GOOD, i couldnt help my self and ate the HUGH serving in one meal. i was SO stuffed and the flavor was out of this world!! took my wife 15 mins to get home with our lunch and when i opened the package it was STILL steaming hot. Fresh food !!

Excellent meal tonight. The green curry grilled salmon dish and Tom ka soup were delicious and seasoned well without being in-your-face spicy. The wait staff are very friendly. Because one of the reviewers commented on how long it took for his food to be ready, I couldnt help notice all the take-out orders. Six separate customers came in and their food was waiting when they arrived. None had to wait. They were all happy. The only reason for 4 stars, not 5, is that the television ruined the lovely ambiance of the dining room.

Food was great, but first trip to this restaurant we did take out and waited a long time. Got home and was missing an entree and rice, so I immediately called and asked my card be credited. Just looked at our AMEX statement and no credit. Our missing food may have been given to another takeout customer who complained about waiting over 20 minutes. I was there before her. Anyway, I hate being ripped off so all our business will now go to Kamrai. Too bad because we eat out alot, but no complaints about the food.

We found this place totally by chance! Its in an odd little parking lot of Clayton and has a nice atmosphere and great food. We ordered curry (excellent), pad thai (excellent), and our friends ordered pad see ew and it looked excellent. Their thai iced tea had cute hand-made roses- something wed never seen before. Overall, the food was excellent, atmosphere was great, service was good. We will definitely be going back!

Fast table service. Variety of menu options. Vegan. Vegetarian. Whether youre looking for take out or a cozy place to eat out, this place has great Thai food. Plenty of parking. Not usually crowded. Great date spot. Family friendly. Top pick for locals or travelers. If their phone is down it just means theyre super busy and dealing with a mad rush of customers.

Ignore the strip mall setting. The food here is so fresh and authentic. The pad thai and pad see ew are really tasty. Stuffed chicken wings are my wifes favorite. The portions are generous too. This really is a hidden gem that is well worth the effort of locating.

We are out of town but were looking for Thai food stumbled upon this place. Great food. Chick satay and peanut sauce was great plus the sauce for the crab rangoons. Had green curry excellent and my son had pad se eww very good. Go there.
