Just terrible. Im a real easy going guy. But this place. Driverup and had to wait 3 minutes for the person to acknowledge us, when we placed our orders, nothing was ready and we redid our orders based on the lady stating it was ready. We drive up to window to pay and get our order, we waited 5 mins before someone came to window but only after I honked the car horn. Guy that came to window, didnt want to deal with me (micro aggression probably), then the manager came over mins later and told us our order isnt ready. All we wanted was chicken tenders and shrimp. Told her we have been waiting so long, (15min) whats the problem. She had some attitude, told us one thing then another. Closed window and walked away. Now Im pissed. Very bad customer service and the manager is just plain awful. Made them work for my food. And in the end still couldnt get order right. Just amazing. Management should fire that manager.

I love all the chicken and I think that youre menu was awesome some of the people that work there have no personality they dont smile when you get up to the window almost feels like sometimes like youre making an inconvenience today I was served by a young lady that was you had blonde hair didnt smile didnt say hi didnt say nothing just said the amount that odor thats the only thing I think that could be improved on

I love Popeyes... In other cities... Every single time I go to this one theyre out of what I want...w...t...f... Ive never been there and they had exactly what I want it... Theyre either out of fish or out of shrimp or, and I know this is insane for a chicken place, out of chicken...WORST FAST FOOD PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO HANDS DOWN...

Been eating this chicken for years...even in the Big Easy. Purchased chicken only deal recently in the drive through and received eight pieces of chicken so over cooked and dry that I had to give it to my dog...and thought twice before doing that! The ninth piece was edible but cold. Was so angry that I wasted my money for crap !!!!

The food is as great as the wait is long. Dont go here unless you have time to spare. The diversity and freshness of the food choices means they dont have much hot and ready. Usually worth the wait. Be warned Ive waited over 30 minutes for a simple order for a single person order here. TL:DR great taste, long wait.

Its a mix of customer service. One time I was given chicken that looks old and stale chcken that being too long on the rack. Recently, I think they replced a new manager. This time, I had a great customer service and offered a free drink for being waited too long.

Food was as expected. Nice wait staff. What stood out was the neat music that was piped in. Felt like new Orleans. One note: the tables should be wiped off on a regular basis.
