Its been a little over two years since I last visited here. At that time, I would have given this location 1 star. As the waitress who served a friend and myself was quite slow with her service. Especially while asking for the check and attempting to pay. Some of the few girls who were working were all grouped together at the end of the bar just gossiping with the assistant manager on duty. However, its a completely different story tonight. I was greeted almost immediately. I went and sat at the bar and was greeted by Danielle, who had a smile and pleasant demeanor. Even as she was overwhelmed by covering not only the bar, but a section of tables as well. She did terrific keeping a positive and friendly attitude towards everything. Her service was refreshing and I enjoyed a nice conversation with her during some quiet spots in her shift. I would definitely come again. The manager on duty during this visit was someone different. He did a great job handling the short staff he was dealt with for the night. Hats off.

It all just depends on what you order and who you get as a server. We have had some pretty good experiences here but also plenty of just ok experiences as well. The last few times we have gone in there seems to be less and less friendly service. Out of the three last times we went one server was very sweet and gave good service but every single time there has been another girl there that rolls her eyes and looks disgusted every time she talks to any customer and god forbid if you let her know you need blue cheese as well as ranch when she drops off your food. She radiates an unpleasant energy that brings down the whole experience even if she is just nearby and not actually your server. We will see what happens and who is working next time we go in... But that could be a while since we dont feel inclined to deal with that poor service repeatedly. It makes the whole environment uncomfortable.

Lets be honest - if youre simply going here for the cuisine, youre kinda missing the point. Sure its a restaurant but we go for the same reason we all do teppanyaki: talented and interactive staff. Ive gone here enough times to watch sports to know that the food is definitely decent for what it is, and that getting to know the staff makes for progressively better experiences: much like any other restaurant/bar. I recommend the grilled chicken strips & the chili cheese fries. If you get the boneless wings, Cajun is the way to go... Drop by for a football game with some friends, be sure to engage in some type of banter with your server, and maybe get a snack somewhere in there: Id say thats truly the best way to experience Hooters.

My 1st time at Hooters and it was not the best experience. The food was cold & not good. I sent my 1st drink back. It was not good at all. It looked drank out of. It was watery and nasty. The Bartender had gone on break and the Manager made the 1st drink. He didnt even come to apologize. He delivered our food with no introduction. He placed our food on the table, stating what the food was and bounced. The waitress was nice but we had to help her with the receipt. She gave us too much money back. WE HELPED HER OUT so her drawer wouldnt be short at the end of the night! Oh well...may try again...but at another location! :-/

I used to go here when I was younger and worked in the area, so returning here had a bit of nostalgia involved. It was physically as I remembered. It doesnt even seem that they have changed the TVs. The staff didnt seem enthusiastic which would be the reason to visit this kind of business. Oh well the wings were tasty and thats what I came for, the Key lime pie wasnt good, and they should really get a selection. Of local beers on tap. What it the point in having a the crappy domestics including Sam Adams IPA what the hell. Should be Lagunitas (they have that in bottle, but only the big bottle.

This review is unfortunate and not bad in the type of restaurant either. My friend suggested this place because she and her daughter felt like wings. I know this location isnt the best Hooters, Ive talked to a friend that told me it was older and not a great group of women Well, he was totally right. This place was horrible. They gave my friends daughter a veggie burger even though she ordered a regular burger. The wings were gross compared to the Hooters in San Bruno or any of the other 6 or 7 Ive been to. You need to meet t this location go. It is hurting your brand image.

First timer here who wanted to experience just that..... an experience. $7.25 for a Stella beer. Absolutely ridiculous and not concurrent with todays dollar, value or expectations.. Poured from a non impressive looking bar, to be kind. Old, smelly and not what I expected a "Hooters" to look and feel like. This is the problem with cheep, greedy, and ill educated franchises. My overall assessment of hooters is.... No big deal. I wont ever hand them my money, just like Ill never hand a third wold country my money.

Was visiting Calif and wanted to watch football with a friend. Service ....slow and terrible, Bathrooms are dirty, Ordered a cheese burger and sent it back ( worst cheese burger I ever had, I think the meat was bad). Had a few coors lites $9 each which I expect in Las Vegas not Dublin, Calif. Over all the girls were not "Hooter" material. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go there.... and my advice to the owner, close the doors and give up! When Kilted Kilt & Twin Peaks come to town youll be out of business.

I gave this place one star because when my brother went there him and his fiance both left their IDs and credit cards they called that night and the manager proceeded to say that they did not leave their IDs in the credit cards anyways long story short once they ran the IDS in the credit card and found out that both of them have been cancelled the bank let us know that someone was trying to use their card we went there 2 months later and they popped up with our IDs nice way to try and scam us

Sehr gutes Essen und das zu einem guten Preis. Extrem schöne Frauen (wie man es aus dem TV kennt) und dazu noch sehr freundlich. Waren sehr überrascht wie viele Frauen dort auch essen gingen. Fazit sehr empfehlenswert.

Always have a good customer service experience here. I know woman dont tend to keep a job at Hooters for very long so props to the manager for being able to train these girls on a whim to have some courtesy even when your customers may have none. Food is just like any other Hooters its not 5 star but its not Golden Corral garbage either.

Service was good but I expected nothing less as it was 9pm on a Thursday. Food was fresh but I dont if they crab legs were over cooked or what but it was more difficult than usual to get the meat out. I know you dont go to Hooters for the crab legs but Ive ordered them before and not had this much trouble. Oh well. Still good.
