If you want Wings and Beer, this is easily the best place in town for that. If youre expecting good customer service and anything other than bar food, look elsewhere. Ive been here many times and no matter if the place is packed with customers or there are only a few guest, the service has been poor to non-existent. Getting any food item other than wings and beer has been a disappointment but that isnt the point of this place anyway. You go to BWW to drink beer, eat some overly spicy, deep fried chicken parts and watch sports on the dozens of screens. Show up during Happy Hour or when they have wing specials on Tuesday and Thursday and youll get more for your money. If they can improve on the customer service and the quality of the other food items, this place would be much better.

Be warned about take out. When you give them the order on the phone, they tell you it will be 20 minutes. When you get there, the order is never ready and it will take you another 10-15 minutes. The reception at the front desk will depend on the number of staff people who generally are milling about talking to each other about tips and texting on their cell phones. If it wasnt for their quality food, we would go elsewhere. Please note: I was contacted by the General Manager very soon after this post and he was apologetic and will be reviewing the take out order process and staff service. That was very much appreciated.

Half the time we come here its to visit with Angel the bartender. He is a great bartender that is very friendly. We like the food at both of the BWW restaurants near us and the service has been typically pretty good and sometimes exceptional. The garlic parmesean sauce is very flavorful and the sauteed mushrooms are great. Typically the dry rubs are better on the traditional wings and the sauces on the boneless but I always like to ask the server for opinions and see where they land on new things/combinations to try.

Great sports bar for watching sports. Plenty of TVs so you can watch basically any sporting event and they even play PPV events, like UFC here for a fee. Food is OK, nothing spectacular and honestly, I prefer the wings at Wing Stop over B-Dubs. They do have a good selection of beers and the Happy Hour specials are not too shabby. Parking is plentiful and location is convenient, right off of Bollinger Canyon Blvd across the street from the San Ramon City Hall.

Your typical sports bar with okay food, although I have to say the food is prepared much better than the location in Tracy, hence the 3 star rating and not 2. Our waitress was really nice and despite how busy it was she took great care of my party. We went during Monday night football and it was so loud in there that the waitress had a hard time hearing us, so if you like loud and noisy this is the place to ho.

Eh it BWW, its basically what you get at any BWW. That said if your new to the chain: the chicken is about an A-, but with the variety of flavors youll find something you like. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN GETTING TO GO, I have never gotten a to go order without them messing something up. Usually forgetting something. If you want decent chicken this is a good spot overall.

What a fun place to eat! Great atmosphere and so many TVs surrounding you playing literally every sports game thats on the air. Customer service is hurting a little in that the waiter kept forgetting what you asked for and took their time with your orders. However they were really friendly. Food was great here and served fresh and hot!

Nice and clean. Standard bar-type food. Decent selection of mostly standard beers. Good happy hour selections. Lots of TVs for watching sporting events. They put the main event on all screens for playoff games. Gladly sorted out separate checks for a fairly large group.

The service is extremely slow, especially when theres a big game and the restaurant is busy. Other than that, though, the food is good. There are a lot of flavors of wings, and they come with carrots and celery. The starters are pretty good, too. A little pricey though.

They go above and beyond on customer service here. Happy to seat me an hour before more friends were coming so I could have the table for the game. Quality people here. And you cant really beat the wings. Also they have move TVs than any place Ive ever seen.

Our regular place for happy hours. The beer collection is decent, service is good and their wings have lots of different flavors in a huge range of spice levels. They have of lot of big screens as well. Good place to watch a game and enjoy with friends

Its bar food, but the beer selection is pretty good. The bartenders are friendly and keep you coming back. Angel especially is great; he always seems happy to be there and offers awesome service. It isnt Mortons steakhouse but its worth what you pay.

The wings are generally good. The seasoning and dips are delicious. The 72 video screens plus music will be the main deterrent for me in the future. I get it Beer, Wings, Sports but dont go if you want to interact with anyone in your party.

The new sampler appetizers with chicken tacos, quesadilla, and nachos is the perfect combo to hit all my weak spots. The new scorpion hot sauce for the chicken wings came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream to cool our tongues! PERFECT. :)
