my mother, sister and I were serviced by unprofessional and childish employees. We were here at 3:30 pm Sunday march 12 and we asked for caramel fraps with extra caramel. we asked the employee if she made sure there was extra caramel and she lied and said yes when i could clearly see there wasnt any extra caramel called her out on it . She then prompted to give the cups back to her coworkers who made the fraps in the first place and told them to add more. Thats when an employee started singing a childish tune about "getting diabetes from Starbucks" and repeated it over and over again. Then we watched as he poured caramel in the cups and stated "Just wasting caramel". My mother addressed him and he remained quiet, and when we demanded our money back my mother asked for employee names the cashier who serviced us before denied her the request. A boy (AND I SAY BOY BECAUSE HE DIDNT HANDLE THE SITUATION LIKE A MAN) named MICHAEL who called himself the store manager came and told us he wasnt making a comment to us when clearly he was and he wasnt giving his name and we could take his and was rude and disrespectful. ALWAYS buy our drinks from this Starbucks but after this experience NEVER again. Im leaving this review so people can know, just because you ask for something through the drive in and PAY FOR IT doesnt mean you will be granted what you requested and doesnt give employees the right to belittle you for your preference!

This morning the table was dirty at 7 am also when I asked the employees to clean the table the gave an attitude. When the employee finally came to clean the table she sprayed the chemicals toward me all osteoporosis getting it on my clothing. She did not apologize but turned and walked away. The floor is dirty. So when the manager walked in I politely asked if I could speak to him. He stoop in the same place and askeddivorcing "what is it"? I then said "I wanted to express what happened". He then walked towards me. His stance was very unapproachable. I told him there is dirt on the floor. He never did anything, He never had the mess cleaned up. This will be my last visit here because that was management. Which I posted for all to see

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND LAZY EMPLOYEES, kept making 1000 and 1 excuses so they wont have to make a certain drink, lack of customer service, extremely impatient, and always out of supplies. They never have the things that they need to keep customers satisfied and coming back. Its just beyond terrible. I would never go to this Starbucks AGAIN. What a bad experience.! I went here on my lunch break and I ordered the new Caramel coroa cluster which they had posted everywhere in the store. They called my name and as soon as I realized it was wrong so I told her right away I didnt order that she told me I have to go back in line and give it to the cashier for them to change the order so I did. As Im waiting for the right drink the lady tells me they dont have the ingredients to make that! So she asked me if I would like a different drink or a refund I told her give me a mocha frappe . So now Im waiting even longer and she ends up give me a caramel frappe

Starbucks is iconic because of its Customer Service, this Starbucks has the rudest employees in the whole franchise, unnecessarily so. They got my sandwich order wrong, was in a hurry to the office, so I didnt realize it until I was about to eat it. I called to let them know, a lady screamed at me, "Well bring it back then! Bring it back!" And then hung up. Definitely needs a new trainee program, this coming from the stereotypical starbucks lover who spends insane amounts of money buying Pour-Overs, Cups, Tumblers, French Presses, you name it.

Horrible Starbucks, save yourself the trouble. Employees are rude, and given that the Christmas day hours said closed at 8pm, they closed 5min earlier, disregarding all the cars in the drive thru...so even though we were INFRONT of the order screen after being in line for 25min, the girl didnt take my order because they were "CLOSED". And to top it off i had to wait for everyone in front of me to get their orders because an employee blocked the drive thru behind me...very annoying, a waste of my time.

This is the Starbucks in Target at the Glendale Galleria and is arguably the worst Starbucks ever. Ive constantly been disappointed by the long line and stockouts. On several occassions theyvve run out of white mocha. Really?! And sometimes there is only one person working. Like today when I waited 20 minutes while I watched the poor girl take an order, process the payment then make each of the drinks for the family of five before returning and taking the next order. Truly painful.

Every time I go this location the coworkers always give attitude and take a long time with my order. People who arrive after me get served quicker most of the time and my order isnt that complicated. I always order a refresher which doesnt take that long to make when I order at other locations. They also sometimes forget my order and have me waiting longer and ask "what are you waiting for?" Sometimes with a rude tone of voice. I will no longer go this Starbucks.

I always buy on this place But a day before I forget my debit card And I ask if they find my debit card But THE Guy Who HELP US He dont even check He just said that no one give anything to hem Then I when back to the store And I ask to someone else for my card and they found it Then I ask for the name of the person who help me on the drive to and my surprise is that he is the manager of the store Hes name is Michael he hive really bad customer service thx

Morning crew makes terrible drinks, very rude employees, young talent equals poor customer service. Employees are very chatty with each other and lack proper food and hospitality etiquette. Whereas, night shift is the polar opposite. Baristas are amazing very professional, warm, and inviting. If it isnt right they will fix it fast and without delay. Sad to say I can count on an evening tea versus my morning coffee before class and work.

This morning other than the cashier being less than receptive, kind or friendly. I was given horrible product. I asked for a tall with extra whip as well to put in a grande cup for the extra whip. They did, however, when I looked in my cup due to it feeling so light in weight, come to find out, to my disappointment I was given a shot glass of coffee the rest was whipped cream. Basically I payed $4.25 for whipped cream.

Cashiers always friendly always pleasant. The store is clean and well stocked usually but if its been busy and they have run out of something in the cream and sugar area if you ask they will stop and come and refill it right away! I see a lot of regulars here relaxing on weekends when I come in! Me and my family love this Starbucks location ! Right here in Compton!
