Son muy irresponsables y burlones, hoy 18 de abril de 2017 pasamos a comprar 2 café por drivethru y la persona no cerró bien la tapa del café y quemó la mano a mi hermana, y les daba mucha risa aun mirando a mi hermana llorando de dolor

While my mocha was just sitting there waiting to be prepared, for about 5 minutes, these guys were serving the pretty girls, that were behind me in line. Bathroom floor and wall, are very dirty also out of toilet seat covers and 1/4 roll of toilet paper left with no spare

I dont like this place, as its almost always crowded. Its not like I always come here, but every single moment I decide I want to have some overpriced coffee, I have to wait at least 15 minutes to get my drinks. Other than that, the beverage is fine.

This is my second home away from home and love this starbucks by far compared to the rest because if your lucky, Susan (I think shes the manager) keeps the store clean and positive.

All you have to know is this: on a normal weekday these baristas see over a hundred middle schoolers coming down from Rosemont and that in itself is worthy of a five-star rating.
