Today was my first time visiting The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and I absolutely loved it. The man working was so helpful and kind! He checked to make sure everything was OK while I was smelling the different teas to see which yummy one I was going to buy. I am new to the tea world, so I naturally had a few questions and he answered every single one! Its nice to go somewhere new and receive great customer service! I ended up buying a ginger roosts tea and peppermint as well. I look forward to coming back again and will definitely spread the word about this tea haven!!

We often come here when we are in LA because the hotel we (used to) stay at is nearby. I was not happy at our most recent visit, because they forgot to make the coffee I ordered and then when I brought this to their attention they had to confer with each other to decide whether or not I was trying to scam them, or if I had actually paid for something I didnt receive.

I love coffee bean. Only one where I live so not as convenient as when youre in the valley. This particular spot in Burbank the girl was RUDE. The other was nice but if I come in with a smile and leave aggravated thats not a pleasant experience. Step up your customer service game.

Ive been a fan of this place for WELL over 15 years. I HIGHLY recommend!! All you need is a cup of coffee and at least 4 other people to have a good loud conversation with on the patio. Even strangers feel open to jump into the conversation here. This is a Burbank classic spot.

While small & sunny in the afternoons, this location has the study essentials: square or rectangular tables, some upholstered chairs, outlets, not too bright for LCD screens, and its quiet. Its also clean, has a patio area, and has great service.

Asked for double espresso n got it w zero crema so the guy did it 2 more times w same results obviously they have no clue of making espresso do not come here if you want to drink good coffee

It is a cool spot to chill and enjoy yoir beverage. It has power outlets so it is also good place to work on your laptop. It has about 6 or 7 tables so it is not easy to grab one.

My Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is the best. I go everyday for my favorite Cherry Blossom green tea & a delicious muffin. The baristas are friendly and always make my visit a pleasure
