Disgusting. The restaurant itself is dingy and filthy, with little to no air conditioning in the dining area, which is a major negative on a 90º day like today. I inadvertently wandered into the kitchen while looking for the bathroom, and the conditions were appallingly foul. The carpet was conspicuously filthy, the booths were peeling and dirty, and there were flies making themselves at home throughout. The staff was sullen, particularly the Mongolian BBQ cook who took the plate from me, squirted some soy sauce on it, and pretty much threw it back at me. All without a word. The Mongolian BBQ area was dirty, the tongs, of which there were two for the entire area, one for the noodles and one for both meat and vegetables (can someone say cross-contamination?) were filthy. The noodle tongs were caked in gunk. But the absolute worst part was the food. All of it tasted as though it had been sitting out for hours, and most of it could not have been above the food temperature danger zone, which would pose a serious health risk. The bulk of it was lukewarm The spring rolls had tough wrappers, and mushy, pasty filling. The desserts, all obviously bought at a grocery store, were all stale, with the exception of a decent apple danish. The croutons at the salad bar were also stale. The salad dressing I tried (ranch) had a strange fruity taste to it, and the lettuce was wilted and tasted of cucumbers. I was too afraid to try any of the seafood. The chicken was tough, the coating of the sweet and sour chicken was chewy, what didnt have revolting texture had terrible taste. I got the impression that the cooks (I wont call anyone who runs a kitchen like that a chef), were missing their taste buds. I vomited shortly after leaving, and you would have to pay me a great deal to even set foot in there again.

If I could have selected less stars I would, but I think selecting no stars would not have impacted their rating. This has to be the worst Chinese food on the planet. Seriously. Everything looked awesome, I filled up my plate and bite after bite I was like oh my god thats so gross... I went to a Chinese Buffet on Manzanita once before and it was horrible but figured maybe the new one on Sunrise would be better... Yeah not so much. I have been home for like 20 min and still cant get the taste out of my mouth. To be fair I tried a lil bit of everything and so wish I hadnt. If they spent as much effort on their recipes as they did on their decor, they might have a respectable product. I wouldnt even suggest this place to someone I hated.. If you want affordable Chinese food, Save your $12. Buy a box of instant rice and dig through your garbage for leftovers and you might have a better dining experience than going to this place.. Just Sayin.......

My one visit was really good. The food was really good, except the crab that was kinda gross. Maybe because we came towards the end of the night, it seemed old. But I had the sushi, hibachi and buffet all was really good. Not sure why it has bad reviews for food. Customer service was good. Our guy was on point with drinks and clearing our table of old plates for a table of 7 so customer service was good on that end, they just dont talk much. The bathroom I didnt go in but a friend did and said it was gross so that is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars, also because it was cold and we asked to turn heater on and they said it was on high but we found the temperature gauge and it was off so they lied. But I do plan to go back, if my experience changes Ill right another review. But, so far so good

Absolute trash buffet. At first glance, the place looks fancy but if you look again, the walls have holes in them and look like theyve been painted over many times to look new. Little choices. They couldnt even get the vanilla ice cream right, it was actually banana. The sushi was also terrible with orange mayonnaise sauce on every single one. And the sushi wasnt even labeled because each one was a random combination of rice, seaweed, fake crab, and orange mayonnaise. I feel bad for people going here for their sushi. Also there were no dessert choices, only fruit and one type of cookie. Chicken was old and not tasty. TLDR: Food sucked, sushi cheap and fake, building was run down, not many good choices, dont ever go here. Worst place Ive ever been to by FAR!

The food was not to bad but the tables were dirty and the restaurant looked worn down. Not much business... I asked the waiter to wipe down our table better and he did but it only smeared the grease more. I asked if there was any sanitizer or cleaner on the rag and he said only water. Because I use to work at a restaurant I suggested them using sanitizer. 15 mins later a lady was using comet to scrub the tables around us which had a strong smell. (They tried but not the right product) When using the restroom, the lights were not working and there was a tall lamp on, but after flushing the toilet the lights turned on by themselves. Weird!!! The workers seemed nice but that place needs a lot of work. I was alil grossed out..

Food poisening. It was not pleasant. We waited to be seated as staff walked in and out of the front lobby not saying a word to us... no, Ill be right with you, sorry for the wait...nothing. No class. Finally seated, the food left a lot to be desired. Their sushi rolls were all too sweet like someone dumped sugar into the crab mix...yuk. Most of the other food was too bland with no flavor or too greasy with no flavor. As we waited and waited and waited to pay for our meal, same rudeness with staff walking by us not saying a word. Then the worst....my poor husband started throwing up about 20 minutes after we left. Actually both ends, no waiting! Plus clammy sweats. Awful! No one should eat here!

Decent for what your going for. The building could use some TLC but the food is good for a buffet and they have a good selection too. People complain about the service but its a buffet. What are they expecting? The staff get you a drink and refill it, tend to the buffet and bring you your check. Thats what I expect of buffet service. The only negative things I can say about this place is the building could use some TLC and the hours of operation on this Google post should be updated. They stop replacing food around 8 or 830 and they refuse new customers around 930.

First Id like to say if I could leave less stars I would. The worst buffet Ive ate at, period. Chinese or otherwise. It was an awful experience. None of the staff was friendly. They seemed to be hungover or possibly stoned. The food was mostly terrible. My girlfriend swears the fish is good but Ill take her word for it. The honey chicken was hard and cold, the sesame chicken was cold. The chow mein was luke warm, the desserts were limited and not my favorite choices. Go to a regular chinese place or Golden Corral. This was a waste of $36.89 for 2 people to eat.
