tokayo restaurant 4 18 2016 attended, (place was about 4 parites present) and my food was, either COLD, (FROM the steamy counter), TOUGH, CHEWY, TASTELESS, AND SO DISAPPOINTING, i didnt finish much of my selections.. the hard-boiled egg and choc. pudding were the BEST PART of my seafood dinner.. I loved that they had more choices of food, but i didnt like how many normal dishes were barely warm almost cold.. the cashier said im sorry, low attendance keeps us from refreshing the serving trays but i go elsewhere , with LESS SELECTIONS BUT BETTER COOKED AND BETTER TASTING FOOD, THE PRICE was out of sight, (15.00 ea) so i paid 10.00 to get more selections but poorly served , i used to be a fan of this place, when the food was better and the price was cheaper, now ? it is apparent that many of the selections are missing and so is the preparations of the food... - our server (young man) was all in black, shirt not tucked in and a large RIP in the back of his shirt... we still gave him a tip but he didnt LOOK like a server.

First of, this is a buffet, not a restaurant. The food is dissent. When its Sunday, they have crab legs, shrimps, fish, oysters, probably 12 types of sushi etc. All u can eat. The place isnt pricey for these days and economy. At least I saw buffets two or three times more expensive and sometimes with less food. Probably, those who complain about prices have no clue how much does sea food cost in stores. Looks like some people dont get that everything is more expensive these days. They do have problems with cleaning. Their restrooms MUST be remodeled. Everything else is outdated but you cant expect owners of a buffet to remodel it every other year. I would suggest them to replace the cutlery ASAP. On Sunday afternoon they are pretty crowded. Mostly by families. Never had a problem with their staff. Hope, never will.

this place is DISGUSTING!!!!!!! I went there for the dinner buffet the food was COLD! when I told them the food was cold they told me they are going to turn the heaters back up and stir the food! the chicken sitting out there was a cold as if it just came out of the fridge and they WERE STILL SERVING IT! they need to get a heath inspector down there ASAP. I had two other people with me, I told them im not paying for my COLD plate of food and they proceeded to charge everyone ellse that also ate cold food charged us 35 dollars for a single cold plate of food for 2 people. if i could give 0 stars.....

I was past disappointed and sadden at the same time. This use to be a very good restaurant that cared about the product they gave to the public and c I customer service was very good. Something has left this establishment, because the food was not hot, had dried up in the serving pans, even though the steam table was hot, and then I saw a family of flies hovering around. I had to leave after I spoke to the owner and he openly agreed that things were not up to par, but it didnt stop him from charging other patrons to eat at full price, plus the cost of a drink.

I went in there for dinner tonight..I was served by a 10 year old girl..I sat down and asked for a mr pibb to drink..so I got up and got a plate..I looked at all the food and it looked like it was sitting under the heat lamps for more than 6 or more hours...There was around 3 to 4 kids that where working there...where I was sitting 2 of the kids where messing around and slapping each outher and one of them almost bumped into me..I would not recommend this place to eanyone to eat..not even my dog..sorry to say I spent most the night blowing up the toilet..

I can admit that sometimes these reviews are a little unfair but the one star reviews are very accurate in this case. The chicken was ice cold and when i confronted the staff about it they felt the metal and told be i was wrong. The food tasted like cardboard covered in grease. The place was dirty and uncomfortably quite. The food made me feel sick. I WOULD NOT EAT THEIR FISH! One of there salmon dishes look like it had mold on it. HOW DID THIS PLACE PASS A TEST!!!!!!!! I just hope someone dosent die from the rancid food.

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT & WASTE OF MONEY. This place is disgusting!!!!! Most the food was not fresh and even when they brought out fresh food it was still not great. Nothing tasted good! The restaurant itself is dirty. And the servers dont do a damn thing. The most irritating thing was even their dessert sucked! I swear the ice cream machine was so sticky and dirty and whatever came out of it was definitely NOT ice cream.

All of the food I had from the steam tables was just lukewarm, I worried about it because it was nowhere close to health department regulation requirements regarding temperatures which prevent bacterial growth. Most of the entrees I tried tasted exactly the same. The sushi consistency was dry as if it had been sitting on trays for hours. On scale of 1 to 10 I would give this place a 2. I wont go back.

The place offers a lot of food choices from their buffet menu. The staff are courteous and attentive to customers. The place needs to be cleaner though. If you are looking for good food taste, look for another buffet restaurant. The food is about bordering on average to poor. Some are good..other dishes, you can skip altogether. We paid $93 for 2 seniors, 1 kid and 3 adults. Not really worth it.

Пришли за 3 часа до закрытия,"поели" обьедков, ничего свежего видимо к концу дня уже не докладывают,сушей вообще не было, дважды разочарованы уже этим заведением.

I dont understand how this place has different prices for dinner. 14.99 for dinner buffet and 19.99 for seafood dinner buffet. All other buffets have the same price for dinner. Doesnt matter if you eat seafood or not. Dont go there. Their pricing is wrong. If I dont eat the seafood, might as well just go eat lunch and will be much cheaper.

I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!! This place is so dirty the floor is sticky. The food is cold !!! And dont get me started on the employees our waiter wouldnt pick up our plates. He was so rude !!!! I would never come back to this place again!! Dont waste your time and money on this nasty place with bad food and service.

Came here with my family. Out of 8 people 5 of us had thrown up by the next morning. It seemed to be very quite and slow when we went. Im pretty sure most of the food had been left out in the warmers far too long. The sushi tasted like it had been there for days. Dont eat here unless you like throwing up.

I come here for the variety of sushi, mushrooms and pot stickers but I always try a little bit of everything when I come and havent had anything I didnt like yet. Customer service is okay but its a buffet they get you a drink and your on your own pretty much after that which doesnt bother me.

$17 will get you all you can eat from a large selection of Oriental foods including sushi, seafood, chicken meats, and all types of fried foods including fruits and sweet desserts. Everything in moderation, but for the price you get a lot. I come here once a week and it is always clean ...
