When we went on our first trip through the buffet line, I realized Ive never been ran over by so many oblivious people at a buffet as much times as I did here. Kids running unattended. No lines or order to it at all. Then I stood there for 5 minutes trying to get a workers attention because there was no spoon in the strawberry dessert topping. I finally got somebody to look up and they didnt know English so they went and told somebody that there were no more strawberries. -_- eventually it got communicated that there was no spoon. They put a fresh spoon in and I took a scoop. As I put the scoop on my plate she pulled an old dirty spoon all the way out of the bottom of the strawberries and them left them there for everyone to eat. Then I watched a little kid lick and dip with their finger into the sprinkles with the parent watching them. I told a worker what I saw and I watched him come talk to the family, take the sprinkles, then the family waited for more and literally let the kid do it again in front of the employee before the new batch had even been set down. Ew.

I find it a trend at other restaurants as well as here, that servers push their way forward in front of a guest when the two appear at the same place at the same time. In my past experience, i was trained by a professional restaurant chain that when you are approaching, even if you have hot food on your tray, you step aside and allow the customer, your guest, to pass first, as a demonstration of respect that they are dining in YOUR restaurant and not another, but to also improve the overall quality of service and reviews of the restaurant. I had two servers pass me with dirty plates and as they were approaching me, rushed to get past me and cross in from of me. In todays economy, where business is a bit down everywhere, Management should be conscientious of this and instruct their servers to be gracious and defer passage of a patron first before proceeding to the bussing station, especially when the GUEST is carrying the hot food, not the beverage server, which is basically what Thunder Valleys servers are employment duties.

Very disappointed in the food. Was expecting much better, due to the high cost. Food was way toooooo salty, too many over fried foods that is anything but healthy. Salad greens was not fresh, wilted as when left out of refrigerator. Anyone on a salt restricted diet should definitely not eat here.

I came here on a Friday buffet especially the crab but one the of staff waiter show some rude actions such as vacuum the carpet and releasing the dust that make me sneeze while Im eating and I feel uncomfortable for this kind of mistreatment since I feel hostIle for this kind of treatment

I wanted to love this, but a star was lost from the nearly 2 hour wait to have a good but not amazing buffet. There were only 2 things that I really loved: the carving station and the desserts. Do I love them enough to wait 2 hours? Thats a stretch

Food at TVC is worse everyone we go. I was always optimistic that it would get better, but no such luck. Prices have gone up but the quality of food is way down. I now tend to take the drive up the hill to Red Hawk where the food is way better.

It was our first time. Very nice how it is a buffet and everything is fresh and made there. I minused 1 star, because the Spanish flag was up my sister and i were excited to try Spanish food. But when we got there it was Mexican food instead.

We went to the dinner buffet and got there at 4 expecting good fresh food. The food was burned, dry, and old. Tasted like it was from the morning buffet. We were very unsatisfied. Dont think we will go to this buffet again.

Its was pretty good. I think they have done a few changes to their buffet. A couple of years back we went a few times and it was pretty disappointing. I am glad they have more stuff and more quality in the food.

Very poor quality food. Pork cutlet was very tough, fried chicken was over cooked, salad bar had very limited choices. Even the desserts werent very good. Not impressed and definitely wont go back.
