So my boyfriend and I ordered and paid for 4 crunchy beef tacos shortly after the girl at the front informed us that they were out of the crunchy beef tacos so we could either change that to chicken or get any of the street tacos. We decided to get the street tacos. The issue was that the crunchy tacos were $3.50 each and the street tacos were $4.25 for 2. The girl told us to not worry about the difference in cost so we thought we would be getting 8 street tacos instead of 4 crunchy tacos. When our order came out they gave us 4 street tacos. So by doing the math we paid $14 for tacos that were only $8.50. When we told the girl about the mistake she seemed confused and told us that we were getting the the 2 orders of 2 street tacos instead of the 4 crunchy tacos and if we wanted more she would have to charge us. We tried explaining to her multiple times that we would need more street tacos due to the difference in price. After storming off to the kitchen she returned telling us that we could get 1 more order of the street tacos. Not wanting to deal with it anymore and losing only $2 now we agreed and left after receiving our tacos. So Im not upset over a couple bucks but frankly I feel that as a customer I should not be loosing money over a mistake on their part and honestly the food was not worth the trouble.

3 Strikes your out! Came here 3 separate times, several months apart and swear it was the same cooking oil every time, absolutely disgusting! Ordered taquitos each time, each time samething results. No exaggeration, completely blackened with maybe the center looking naturally burnt, rest black. Tasted as though I was eating charcoal, it was awful. When I brought it to the young girls attention, she gave me a sarcastic smile and said we literally just changed the oil about an hour ago. (I thought to myself) Ugh.... Im sorry but do I look stupid to you, because nobody changes oil in the middle of work hours, especially not during dinner rush. Ive worked in the industry as a teenager in HS. I gave her the same sarcastic smile back and said, "Seriously?! Okay then your cooks need to be retrained because theyre completely over frying these. Girl - Blank look, with no resolution or apology. End result, no longer customers and I share my experience with anyone who mentions this place. Sorry, not sorry....

This was a amazing place ONCE!! NOW, THE WORST! Went twice in 1 week, 1 time to replace for the first time, still completely wrong n BAD! So mad, will to drive to Corp in San Diego to show food! Can blame the order clerk, the COOKS SUCK!! For MARGO n ALEX knowing Im there to replace a meal, you think they would watch the cooks! Funny 4 employees at drive thru Windows listening, no jobs to do? Then when you to complain Margo states she refund and give you dinner, again wrong, she remembers order. Got there did not leave note as promise so all would know. Alex called her several times and now she states it was money or dinner. So dont even try!!! Use to be now NOT!!! Easy order beef flantas extra beef got chicken by cook little meat. Next time beef flantas extra beef, no meat so little SO buying very expensive flour tortillas!!! Waste of time gas clerks lie. Time to let it go CLOSE THIS PLACE.DOWN!!!

The service is ok and the food is ok. What was very upsetting is I ordered theyre burrito called Monster Americano and it was great, had a lot inside the burrito. A week later I ordered it again and it had a lot less inside than before. I didnt make a big deal but I did let them know. A week later I ordered it again and it had less than before so I told them to redo it for me and they did. The burrito they brought back was smaller (Had like nothing inside) and was all just tortilla. I pretty much paid $11 for a tortilla. It was a terrible experience and it felt like they did it on purpose.

Just paid $4.03 for the worst taco in the whole wide world. The meat tasted cold like its been sitting for a while, the tortilla wasnt even warm, the cheese probably came out of a bag. Then they forgot my guacamole that I paid a dollar for and I had to come inside and that stuff came out of a tube. The water was even better than their stupid taco. To sum it up; dont ever eat at Los primos next to arco on central in chino hills!

I used to live near by this place and was a regular. However, Im not sure what happened because suddenly the prices increased and the food portions decreased. The quality of the food is not what it used to be and the portions are a joke for what you pay. Oh and if you take the drive thru make sure you check your order before leaving, they always get something wrong. This place use to be good, sadly its a disappointment now.

They used to be good. Last year something changed and the food and service is so bad. They never get the orders right. They are rude and the drive through is amazingly slow. A lot of the items are frozen. One time I got frozen taquitos in the drive through and didnt notice till I got home. Im very sad about what happened to this place. Im driving further away to Albertos for now on its worth it.

We went on 8/13/2017 and ordered a taco salad through the drive thru. The owner needs to purchase containers for these taco salads to go. They always place the taco salad on a foam plate with foil paper on top. Easy to spill in your car, which it did happen to me! Other then that, taco salad is good!

Go here at like 2am. Walk around the building this restaurant is in. Roach motel! They are everywhere. Manna donuts next door was just shut down by health department over this issue. Other customers have mentioned bugs here too.

given wrong burrito. when they gave me correct order burrito was half normal size maybe cook upset. I usually visited this location once weekly. I wont be back...8.00 burrito size of a taquito

Eh. Could be a lot better. The atmosphere is pretty nice. Food is lacking. Stay away from the california burrito, its a bunch french fries and steak, nothing else. Menu is not descriptive.

We usually get the nachos there but its usually decent. Once in a while comes out like it wasnt fully microwaved long enough for the carne asada.
