My family has been frequenting Royal Thai for years and eat Thai several times a month - we even have a standing order. They have very poor customer service and food is terribly inconsistent. Previously, they used to pack their dishes with thickly chopped zuchini. When we told them to take it out, they "filled" the dishes with large chunks of cabbag! WHERES THE MEAT? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MUSHROOM? The last order had LAREGE CHUNKS of CABBAGE in EVERY DISH and they messed up the order. YES - cabbage is still the cheapest veggie filler on the market! They apologized for making a mistake, but no genuine effort to retain us regulars as customers - yup loyal regular customers! For most of us, spending $65 to eat thai food once in awhile with the family is a real treat. Used to be that customer service and satisfaction was paramount with boutique restaurants - I recommend THAI NAKORN or even Chino Hills PF Cheng over Royal Thai. Weve been disappointed with their services and lack of consistency previously, but were officially done now. Take your family and funds somewhere else - even if its a drive. We strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Thank you

It was one of the baddest restaurants Ive seen. When I went there the tables were not clean. They had to hop me from one table to other. Forks were not clean, I had to use the towel to clean. I want to walk away but waited there to satisfy my strongest desire to eat Thai that night. Ordered Veg. Pineapple fried rice. It was a pricey dish. Cashews were rancid and I separated all of them. But either oil was bad or other ingredients were bad, the dish didnt suit my body. After eating that dish I had to suffer with throat pain for 2 days. That is bad part of their dish. Bad part of their practices: I complained about rancid cashews to the attendant and she didnt respond at all and gave me the bill. I heard her talk with the cook in thai or some other language about cashews and came back to give my credit card back. I had few bad experiences here and there in my life, but I never wanted to post bad feedback on any business. I just tolerated them. But, this is the first time I want to post my baddest experience of all. So imagine how bad their food was.

We have lived here 1 year now and just decided to give Royall Thai a try. All I can say is--Woo Hoo! This is the best Thai food I have ever had. I have been a fan of Thai dining for 15 years. My husband and I had the most delicious meal, Sat. night. He had the Prawns in green curry and I had the garlic, black pepper shrimp. To die for. The service is from the managing family. They are sweet and humble people. They were so happy to hear we loved it. The atmosphere is authentic Thai with the wood friezes on the wall. You must go! You must go!

I came to royal thai the other day and found a black hair in my food and when I had showed the guy who was working, he said that it wasnt there when he gave it to me. but I have blonde hair. He remade it, and I thought it was all good, then when the check came he tried to charge me for 2 lunches to remake it. I asked him about it and he refused to remove the charge. I paid for my 1 lunch and left, and will not be going back.

Ask for a tom yum and they couldnt make it mild or non spicy. Was mostly just soup. What happened to the mushrooms at least and everything else?! Service is terrible! I will b going back to my usual thai restaurant and never here again! Only one other person in the restaurant and they still couldnt come see how any of us were doing. Never coming here again!! Worst thai food restaurant Ive been to!

Everything on the menu is really delicious. I particularly like the Gang Panang Chicken, Tom Yum soup, BBQ plate, and Chicken Satay combo. The mango sticky rice is simply ridiculous. Get here now, if not sooner. :)

Once a month when I am in the area I make sure to schedule around lunch of green curry with pork. Wonderfully creamy and so flavorful.
