THE WROST BK ever! .... the people who work here are rude, they NEVER get your order right, Ive gone here more than once - experinced the same horrible service!!!! you go threw the drive threw and leave assuming everything good- get to work and they gave you---- A. the wronge order B. something is missing C. they didnt get your order right!! its my fault for not checking before leaving- BUT I SHOULDNT HAVE TO!!!! they give you an attitude if you try to correct the messed up order as if your bugging them HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT DONT WAISTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!

Monday was my boyfriends birthday and BK is his favorite breakfast. He leaves for work at 6:30am, so I got up early to make a trip to this location. I arrived at exactly 6am (when they are advertised to be open) and waited there until 6:12am when I eventually left because they never did actually open. There were employees in there as I knocked on the door and went through the drive through twice, but they never acknowledged me. Rude workers, will never return after that experience.

I know that you are the best in the area but I never thought that you would make me feel this way towards your burgers. I never thought that I would have the best cheeseburger in this place, it was amazing to the extent that I cant explain how good the burger is. From my point of view, this place is totally amazing. They totally have that charisma that would attract customers, they also have a amazing place thats very comfy. I would rather went here than any other place.

First my 4 stars are for the young man who ehelped us. Very nice and courteous. HOWEVER ... one would think that after 3 months of extreme heat here in California and this location not having A.C. for 3 months is utterly sad. It was hotter inside than outside today. Forget about the customer come on Burger King have concern and regard for your staff to be forced in such horrible conditions. Spend the money and fix the A.C four gods sake.

Too much fat in their food. Fried this and fried that and very Low quality meat. Uses harmful white bread. Your ads are crazy! You use too much salt, which you do not need to put in food (it is harmful to your heart and fattening--bedouins and soldiers take salt pills to retain fat and water in the desert!). Let people use the salt shaker and kill themselves if they want but it is not fair for you to kill them!

Service was fairly average. And the eggs on the croissanwich definitely had the flavor and texture of fake eggs. But the reason Im posting at all is because of the ketchup dispenser. Im not sure exactly what was in it, but it had the look of Arbys Sauce. The odd part is that it tasted like Arbys Sauce too. Now, I liked it, but it could be disconcerting for some.
