-Sunday Night Review- I was told that this place has an amazing view. I could imagine that it would be beautiful during the day or dusk, but when I got there at 10pm, it was pitch black. I couldnt see a thing out the patio! If you want to catch the view of the landscape, come during daylight to enjoy a drink, lunch, or early dinner. The patio area had plenty of seating with heat lamps close by and I would definitely recommend sitting outside if youre not afraid of a little breeze. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night, Mission Ranch has a Piano Bar with Open Mic. Tonight, our pianist was Madeline and she is absolutely fabulous! How it works: Ask her if she knows a certain song when its your turn, sing the first verse, so she can catch your range, and let acoustic singing begin! You can tell there were plenty of regulars there, but they were open and welcoming to us newbies. For the first time, I got to sing with the piano acoustically. It was a great experience and I loved serenading the crowd. This place is very chill and mostly filled with an older crowd. I would definitely recommend coming here to end the night whenever Im in Carmel...the only thing that would make it better is if Clint showed up to play a tune!

Our family have been frequenting the Mission Rach for over 20 years and have always been delighted by the service, ambience and setting. Sadly, we will not be returning after a shocking display of discrimination. The manageress of the restaurant refused to accomodate the needs of an elderly and disabled member of our party who was in a wheelchair. The manageress said that it would take over the dining room and was the policy of the Mission Ranch. My wifes elderly grandmother was left humiliated and embarrassed by the experience as our entire party were forced to leave only moments after having arrived. We have raised this with the Misssion Ranch and I hope no one else is forced through the same expereince in future.

The food was fantastic! The grounds, atmosphere and backdrop were extraordinary. Everything was great until my buddy attempted to pay for a portion of our tab using a $200 VISA gift card. Both the waitress and manager suddenly treated us as if wed crawled out of a leper colony. They made it perfectly clear that the restaurant does not accept gift cards . . .period. Their sudden change in demeanor was embarrassing with other diners staring on. My buddy still tipped them. I would not have and will not eat there again.

What a great place!!! We loved everything about this place from the look to the food. We both had the crab cakes, out of this world good, clam chowder was fabulous and the filet mignon was perfect along with the potatoes and asparugus. I cant say one thing bad about this place. We were so full that we could not have dessert, which I wish we could have. We came back the next day so that we could see the property in the daylight hours and it is perfect. Next time I want to stay there.

Truly a paradise on Earth. I went there with my friend for dinner and took a table outside, there is a heated patio so the chilly air wont bother you. The view is breathtaking with green Meadows, sheep grazing and lovely flowers all around. We ordered a bottle of wine, some appetizers and pasta for dinner. Food was delicious, they also have a post dinner cocktail menu. It was a dreamy experience, will definitely go there again on my next Carmel visit.

Well...first of all, the grounds are beautiful!! The room was less than average. We were very disappointed in our room and the continental breakfast. People at Tennis room were not friendly. The front desk people were very nice. We asked for another comfortable chair for our room. They were very nice. We were in 39 but sneaked a look in 38, and it was much nicer than 39. If you redo this room we would come back. Thank you for listening.

Husband and I spent four days at the Ranch and absolutely loved it. The rooms are quaint but nice. If you are looking for the "resort" feel, this is not the place to come. If you are wanting to get away from the hussle and bussle of work, spend some quiet time on the porch or simply read a book, this is for you. Great ocean views, close to Carmel by the Sea and Monterey. On property restaurant is wonderful.

Clint Eastwoods Ranch ist einfach nur phantastisch, schöne kleine historische Häuschen als Unterkunft, der Blick vom Speiselokal über grüne Wiesen zum Meer - Perfekt !!!

Great atmosphere, and generous portions. Inside and patio seating with heaters. Live pianist is very talented. Karaoke begins at 9 pm. Our waiter Steve was excellent. The burgers are HUGE, and the prime rib sandwich is a slab of delicious prime rib. The pork chop was very tasty and tender.

Lovely brunch overlooking the sheep. Note: the brunch is a buffet, but the food was excellent regardless. Ripe melon, carved meat, French toast, omelets to order. The patio is fantastic, but doesnt provide any shade, so expect it to be a bit hot on a sunny afternoon.

The view is great. The atmosphere is nice. But the food was very disappointing. Both our meals were lacking any real taste or interest. In fact we didnt finish them. It was what I would describe as American stodge. No flair. Just meat & mashed potato. Such a shame.

El ruido del interior es muy molesto y la comida es del monton. La localización es muy bonita y merece la pena pasar.

Very friendly place, around an hours wait for dinner but worth it. Live music got very lively in the evening, many people singing along. The sheep grazing outside are adorable. Sunday brunch(all you can eat) is also fun and delicious.

Excellent views of the ranch and coastal plain. Service is attentive, food was pretty good to great we had the fillet mignon and scallops. Price are reasonable given location and popularity of the ranch. Would definitely come back.

Having my Thanksgiving dinner here. The turkey is delicious and the sides are good as well. The location is also worth mentioning. Next to the farm with a very beautiful view. The service is not fast but ok.

Enjoyable space for business meetings outdoors. My clients are animal lovers and loved that they were able to bring their fur family to our business meeting. Great atmosphere and the food is spot on.

We have been coming here for over 30 years and have enjoyed every dining experience. The ambiance is beautiful and the piano musicians are awesome as well. Service is impeccable.

Best part was the friendliness and level of service of the wait staff. Overall, the food was very good with the exception of the eggs benedict which were overly vinegary.

So much character at this little place! Its worth it to spring for the meadow view rooms or cabins. And go hiking at Los Lobos park right down the road, beautiful area

What a great place for dinner and drinks. Food was very good (Prime Rib and Short Rib) and the service was excellent. Highly recommend a trip here if in the area.
