On Fridays and Saturdays this place is open 24 hours excellent the service is always very friendly and they really do have pretty good food. This is an update its August 28 and its a Monday and I go to this place maybe once every 3 weeks and I have to tell you that they have really friendly staff here not the management but the actual employees the people at the bottom of the Pole the drive thru person is usually one of the best Ive seen out of all the different fast food restaurants in Scotts Valley cuz Ive been to all of them. Very personable very friendly and because of that you want to come back to this place it is excellent they keep their parking lot clean its just the best Jack and the Box Ive ever seen it

This place used to have such friendly staff and decent food. Now, your lucky if your food is above room temp and you see a staff member even break a smile. Something happened to this place and all the regular staff vanished. Now you have people who are borderline rude making you relieved when you leave. Dont get me wrong I have seen one out of a team of three smile and be friendly at this spot but it is the same person EACH time. They would make better use of the property by turning it into a parking lot and making a memorial to how fun and friendly it used to be.

Above and beyond other Jack in the Boxs. The only fast food place where the burgers are always well built and dont fall apart. Large menu and friendly staff. Quick service (even when jam packed).

Food is fine, sometimes a little colder than I would like but hey its drive thru. The staff is horrible. Rude and incompetent. Some of the male staff want to make you get out of the car.

Best Jack in the box ive ever been to. The food is consistent and always prepared with care. Ive never seen a sideways hamburger or overcooked/old food from this place
