The people that work/manage here should not be allowed to work in the service industry. I came on cinco de mayo (just an hour and a half ago) for lunch, alone, as usual.. bc I dont have anyone to go with. This is one of my favorite holidays and I was so excited to go get a margarita and burrito from Frida. I walked here from my house, a good 20 minute walk. AND THEY WOULDNT SEAT ME BECAUSE I WAS ALONE. She said I could only sit at the bar because I was alone.. The bar was completely full and I cant even sit at the bar because of my horrendous back and hip disability. I told her this and she didnt care. There were at least 4 tables available... she said they were to be used for actual people celebrating. I told her I am celebrating, its not my fault none of my friends are available. Nothing I said mattered she said I dont count as a paying customer because I was dining alone. What kind of assholes wont seat you when youre alone on a holiday..as if that isnt bad enough. I will never come here again. I regret every cent I ever spent here (which is a LOT).

This place used to be a good restaurant some years ago, but our recent visit was VERY DISSAPOINTING! From the moment we pulled up to the valet, the valet guy was rude and gave us attitude for no reason. Then we encountered the seating lady who did everything but give us attention and seat us. Most importantly, my food, and the food of the other 5 guests, was ALL BAD. The filet was buried in some terrible sauce, and the side vegetables and potatoes were smelly and old, as if they were cooked on a grill that was never cleaned. The fajitas were absolutely the worst fajitas I ever saw. Cold, dry, bad tasting, and presented like a plate of dog food. The ceasar salad was old, smelly, and inedible. I dont normally take the time to write about a bad food experience, but when the food is priced high, I expect it to be good, not terrible. Stay away, this place is no longer fine dining, just high prices and bad service!

I went to Los Cabos a few years ago and fell in love with the mole poblano. I came back to LA looking for a place that could some how compare to the mole I tasted in Mexico. After years of searching I finally found it at Fridas. Unfortunately, this amazing mole comes with its price, bad service! We went there for the first time and thought maybe they were just busy and that was why they were ignoring us, but they did it to us again the second time, the third time, the fourth time. Ive been there, lets say 10 times now and 2 out of the 10 the server was actually attentive and on top of everything. Im glad they do take out. I dont have to deal with their b.s. service.

Love Frida. Higher-end Mexican cuisine. Consistently fabulous and everything here is top notch. Ive never been with anyone who didnt love their meal. First rate mole and tacos. Table-side prepared guacamole. Great cocktails as well. A++++++

Great all around restaurant and staff. If you love tequila, ask about their sangrita, their own recipe of chasers that is delicious. Hang out with a couple of friends at the tables outside for people watching and an early dinner or cocktails.

alas, if only the food could live up to the setting. high priced latin cuisine served by attentive staff, the restaurant displays some promise. however, the wildly inconsistent fare leaves one wanting more and less of a bill for that as well.

Food was AMAZING.... absolutely delicious. I got the burrito and my wife got the seared tuna salad and they both were solid choices. I highly recommend checking this place out the next time you are in or around Beverly Hills.

Service was extremely slow and the restaurant wasnt even busy, food took over an hour to arrive at the table. Food made me throw up ; literally. Id pass on this restaurant if I were you. Im certainly never going here again.

Great ambiance, menu and service. Dont pay $7 to valet park in the Beverly Hills public parking garage next door. Save room for desert, the caramel crepe looks great. Enjoyed Frida, but my favorite is still Loteria Grill.

Nothing great about it. Totally underwhelming in service and atmosphere, and the food is extremely overpriced. It could be Mexican cantina food from anywhere but triple the price. Lovely location, just not worth the dollar.

I have nothing to complain about - refill could have come faster, my mouth was burning from the Habanero I ate trying to show off! Free Chips, Salsa, Sopes! All very tasty! Tacos De Cochinta Pibil was amazing!
