chipotle has SECURITY at this location ....awesome..... I advice the company to get more in their others stores if they think they need security in any of their stores I am just saying...... so i went to eat there in the afternoon and while i was eating homeless man walking in and he smells like badly.and one man walks toward the homeless man right way and out of nowhere he walks the homeless man outside it is like he knows him and kick him out because the homelsss man never came back and i guess he knows this homeless man and he knows what he do anyway everyone in the restaurant was looking like who was this guy that took the homeless man outside. and the man who took the homeless man outside came back inside and stood in the corner... and everyone was looking at him becuse i was looking too I was so curious who is this guy so after I finished my food I went to throw my food in the trash can near where the men he was standing. When I got there I asked him are you a security guard in here because I saw the badge on his waist and he answer me yes and I told him what company you work for and he said valley coast security services. Because I am can go on their website and put a review on what he did I was so happy. Because now I feel a lot better coming in to Chipotle and have a nice Meal without someone coming in and look in the trash and eat some leftover food or ask people for food which I had seen similar sutition somewhere else and i feel sorry for them but thats the life they chose. No hate...anyway I just want to say thank you to the security guard what he did because I was so excited I never thanked him after I left. #thankyouchipotle five stars

This store has the most laziest employees ever. Not only are they lazy but they act like Im asking for an arm and a leg with I ask for double meat. I have worked here in the past and now that i am working at Mendocino Farms, I realize that Chipotle is definitely lacking hospitality. Even when as a Chipotle crew member, we are trained and expected to show otherwise. Regulars are definitely not rewarded and when they are, its because a crew member made a mistake on an order. Not only is the service bad, but the manager is extremely unprofessional. I have witnessed her reprimand one of her staff members because she was not double bagging the trash cans correctly. This was able to be heard over the glass counter and provides and uneasy environment. The store does not keep in mind that people are coming home from work, or picking up their kids and the last thing they want to hear is a lecture while ordering/eating.

This has to be this stingiest chipotle out there, I always get the bowl every time I have been there they barley put anything in there. What the hell am I paying for if I get only get half a scoup of rice half a scoup of beans and half a scoup of chicken, everytime you ask for more of any particular ingredient they always get angry or make a face, and oh Yea dont dare ask for any meat!! Because they want you to pay an extra $2.50 because you have to double it. I had a chipotle in Chicago where I was a regular they gave me free double chicken and a drink just cause I was there about 3 times a week.! Screw this chipotle its ruined all chipotles everywhere for me. I used to like the fact for $7.50 you could walk out with a full stomach but thats just not the case anymore.

This place is a hit or miss, and never consistent. However, one thing is consistent which is the unavailability of certain items during certain times. Its 8:45pm on a weeknight and Im told theres no veggies. I thought, "No problem, its about an hour before close and theyre done for the night." I asked for my meal to-go, but instead sat down to watch the workers. And I knew it. Half way into my meal, someone asks for veggies and they tell her itll be done in a few minutes. If you had showed me the courtesy to wait, I would have been more than happy to do the same. So I think this location has some communication issues they can work out. Or maybe they were motivated or intimidated to make it for that other person. I dont know.

They do not honor Chipotle promotions. My friend went to the Chipotle for the Southern Cal Soccer Jersey Day promotion and they flat out turned them away. Nice. With kids in tow and everything. Sherman Oaks knew all about the promotion and honored it as happy families came in and out of their store. They should be ashamed for their utter cluelessness and lack of customer service. Even when they tried to show them the online promotion flyer, they would have nothing to do with it. Boycott this store for NOT being family friendly.

Ive found this Chipotle to be the BEST one weve eaten at, the staff and always really friendly and they pile the food on more so than the other ones Ive eaten at. Theyre Salad bowls are the best, more than enough to fill you up. Guacamole is the best Ive had. Were back in Australia now and really miss eating there, were counting down to coming back and it will be the first place we go too!!!!!

I walk in at 7:45pm, there is no line, crew is standing around. I go to order food and there are no cooked vegetables or brown rice ready. So, I have to wait 10 minutes while they cook them. This happens all the time at this location. As I stood and waited, 2 customers left because of the wait. Why cant they figure it out? It would seem to me they could be better prepared.

Every time i feel like i want to get something fresh, its my easiest option just stepping in to any of their branches and get what i feel like for the day: burrito , tacos or a salad , my favorite is the chicken ( they just to stingy on the steak), i like their hot sauce and i LOVE their guacamole !!!

for some reason this chipotle was the worst place i have been. the guacamole was really bad, it looked gray. and the meat did not taste good. i came here to celebrate my 2 year anniversary with my boyfriend but i did not liked this specific chipotle at all.

The managers and the staff here are all awesome and have the best customer oriented skills and the manager Kristina has to be the nicest person you could ever meet and is willing to meet with you if you have a concern.....

Larger Chipolte though I find the tables to be rarely cleared. Therefore, it is one of the dirtier Chipoltes. Same applies to their bathrooms. Serving size is acreage.

This place is huage, the restaurant serves probable 100 people at one time. And they have one small bathroom for one person. You have to wait.
