Terrible cashier. I stopped by around 6 pm today and bought a few tacos and the toltal came out around $16 something, i gave her a $50 bill she gave me back $3 and some change. I told her that i gave her a 50 dollar bill but she argued said that i gave her a $20, i said open up a damn cash register and check but she said she cant, she have to wait for her manager for access to open. When they openned the register they saw my $50 bill which i usually fold into 3. That damn girl said "sorry" but in a way that she doesnt really mean... Is she for real??? This Del Taco place need to put a check on their employees before letting their asses work in there. They suppose to sell food not stealing customers money with that damn attitude

On my one visit to this location, the drive-through service was very slow and the staff was not rude but were more focused on the task than on the customer. I was handed bags and then she turned around to talk to another staff member. I had to ask if this was my complete order. I got a quick "yes" and she turned back to continue her conversation. It looked like the conversation was work related so it wasnt as if she was rushing off to have a social chat but making customers feel valued and not just another task is important for any business. The food was good and the temperature was right so I cant slight them for their food.

I worked at the hospital across the street from this Del Taco for over 15 years before moving to the new hospital. Years ago it was actually managed very well, with polite, efficient staff. I dont go here much anymore because it isnt as convenient, but the times I have taken lunch here, the drive thru wait times were unbearable. I thought maybe I should leave the car in the drive thru lane and walk into the restaurant so as to get served sooner. This Del Taco has gone downhill since I used to frequent it. I would advise going to another location or another restaurant.

Generally good quality. I usually come here late at night after midnight. I like getting their egg and cheese taco (breakfast taco is the official name I think) and their 5 count hash brown sticks. Together it only costs about 2 dollars. Its a fast, cheap, tasty, and filling meal for me.

Absolutely horrible. Homeless people all around and even outside panhandling the drive through. One homdless guh brought in a bag of food saying the order wasnt right. Ive been going there for 15 yrs of more but i will never go vack until they ckean it up.

New guy in drive thru window is not nice. They use to have a very kind and pleasant young man, the new guy is rude, unhelpful, and has a hate this job attitude. Food is cool but taste sour after dealing with bad customer service.
