Ive always come here and for the last 3 times Ive been here for dinner our experience here suck a*s! I always dine in and have waited 25-45 mins to have a server great them self. List of problems 1. Service lady by the name of Stephane (African-American) with glasses. Shes very rude & just ignored us from the beginning to the end. 2. I ordered a blue-moon and told her no orange because the 1st one was sour. She squeezed the orange slice into my cup with orange seeds. (Taste sour & bitter) 3. The mens restroom are disgusting af! 4. Our table was sticky & wasnt set up we had no silver wears nor napkins even when we got our food she didnt even give us any. I had to walk to another table and grab 2 of them. 5. Our server Stephane gave us an unpleasant attitude as she was taking our order just by showing her body language like she didnt want to serve my fiancé & I. 6. We ask for a manager and she just ignored us. Not sure why but if your having a bad day dont take it out on a customer. I dont care if you like your job or not. 7. We didnt get any refills on our sodas. The whole experience was horrible and I will no longer come to this location. Even if they gave me a free meal I wouldnt even accept it. ***Stephane was the top 10 worse server **** Ive ever experience at this location. She should be doing dishwashing instead of working with customers face to face.

It was a really hot day today somy family and I went to Fridays to have dinner in an air conditioned environment. The waitress was nice and polite but before that the person that showed us to our table kept pushing for us to sit outside in the heat of the patio. I asked why would we want to eat in the sun? The other worker with him pointedly asked him why didnt he just put us at the empty table we all saw. Seems like he didnt want us inside the restaurant. I will mention that we are a mixed race family. He looked Caucasian. Why does Fridays hire people who have attitudes like that toward people who are not Caucasian? We will not eat there again. I advise other people who are of another race besides Caucasian to not eat there either!

Ive always thought of TGI Frisays of having excellent service until I visited this store. We found a vacant table and asked the waitress if we could sit there and her answer was "Ummm Aaahhh????" Once we got seated she took our order and I explained to her that I have food allergies. As we waited for our food we noticed a foul smell and asked if we could move to another table and she answered again "Ummm Aaahhh??" When I received my entree it was wrong and rather than hearing another "Ummm Aaahhh??" I notified the manager and also explained to him I have allergies to DAIRY yet he managed to ask me if I would like butter and sour cream on my potatoe. Lol hard of hearing?? Or maybe just plain ignorant.

Most HORRIBLE service Ive EVER had when going to a bar. Told the bartender I needed 1 minute to look the drink menu over; he didnt even come back. I had to almost shout for the second bartender to come over and give me a drink. And every time thereafter I had to shout to try and get them to serve me. When my glass was empty they didnt even come to check on me- NOT EVEN ONCE! No "how is everything?" Or "can I get you another?". It was as if I didnt even exist. If they dont want my business, then they wont get a single cent from me. Go at your own risk.

Very rude staff I came with some friends we where a party of 10 right from the start the staff was rude the service was very slow we would ask for something and get it 20 mins later we ordered the $10 endless and every time we would put in a order it would take them 30 mins to bring it out we would ask for drinks and they would take 10 mins to bring them we wont be coming back to this location

I was taken here as a treat for my birthday... It sucked, BAD because the food was terrible! None of the other guests enjoyed their food. We had no problems with the staff, but the food left a LOT to be desired. We all resolved to never again visit THIS TGI Fridays - though, based on our experience, I think its safe to say that NO TGI Fridays will ever be patronized by us again.

This is my favorite restaurant. Good food. Excellent service. Great vibe. I come here all the time. I could go to the nearest TGI fridays in compton and cerritos but I just love this restaurant in long beach. Drinks are awesome too! DJ music starting on Wednesday, Ladies night on Thursdays, and party hardy Friday and Saturday. Good job guys at Long Beach :)

Went to have dinner for sons 15th birthday. Although we were first in line, no one came to the check-in station for about five minutes. By that time, four more parties were also lined up behind us. Once seated, it took about ten minutes for the food to be served but the restaurant didnt have many customers except in the bar area.

My churchs youth group came for a fundraiser. There were about 35 of us and they got every order correct, they kept asking if we wanted refills on drinks and waters, they made sure we were happy and they were very nice and friendly. Our server was awesome he kept up which is hard with so many customers at once. It was fun.

I like the endless appetizers. however. you cant order when you want. you had to wait until your first order came out then you can order one more. it took forever to get the orders. our waitress was unfriendly, and not that great. foods really good when it got there. but our service was bad.

So much fun! We went to the vegan Sunday and had a great time. All the food was excellent and what a treat for a vegan to have so many choices! The band there was outstanding and we happily sat and listened while sampling tacos,burgers, mac n cheese, pitas, and more! Highly recommend!

Bartenders are rude servers are great Managers give A1 service. This is my go to place when Im with my friends for happy hour really wish the Bartenders loved there job cos they arent attentive, nor do they seem to care about ur drinks overall happy with this as my only exception.

Waitress was nice the cooks need to learn how to read whats on a ticket. They screwed up 3 times my food and all u got was a salad. I say no tomatoes I got tomatoes, I asked for ranch I got avocado vinagret dressing. The cooks suck. Sad thing the manager never came and said sorry.
