Honestly Im starting to get annoyed with this panda express. I eat here all the time, all the staff know me and what I order. Panda is my favorite place to eat. This Panda however is always slipping up... seriously guys you need to either step up your quality control or retrain your cooks. The orange chicken at this establishment is so inconsistent. Roughly 80% of the time its under cooked, just plain soft. Why is it that every other panda can manage to keep their orange chicken crispy yet you cant ever keep yours up to par. Recently Ive started driving an extra 20 minutes to the next nearest panda because of this. I used to come here probably 5 times a week and most of the time with a friend. Youve lost my business

Tonight we went in to get dinner and all of the employees were too rushed to actually listen to our order. We asked for sauce on top of our bowl and a few containers on the side (they gave us none). Also had to ask three seperate employees for our orders of potstickers. When the cashier rang us up, she forgot our drinks. I asked for potsticker sauce as well. Once we got home we realized we hardly got any of our food the way we asked for it. Maybe this location needs to add some extra workers during the dinner rush so customers can get their food the way they order it. Wont be visiting anytime soon.

I love panda. This is my favorite one. Better than the one on Railroad, the staff is friendly. You gotta remember, this is staffed by young people and you gotta cut them some slack as they are learning, its quite possible its their first job. Panda is not just food, its community and how panda makes us one

We used to get takeout here a lot but we got burned out on the food. The biggest disappointment for me was when they stopped offering pot stickers. Their orange chicken is top notch as well as their teriyaki chicken. The help at this location (Balfour Rd) has always been great.

I went for some fresh hot chow mein and waited for over 15 minutes just for fresh noodles. I come to eat and realize that the employee tricked me and gave me the noodles that were cooked over 2 hours ago. I specifically told to make fresh ones and not the one on the tray.

Raw uncooked fried rice, string bean chicken was old and slimy. Let a manager know and said they cant make more rice due to "overfill" and as im sitting here im still watching them sell the hard uncooked rice and old chewy chicken.

Love Pandas food! This location always has amazing customer service. The only reason I am giving them a 4 and not a 5 is that we are bummed that they took away the pot stickers and hot and sour soup.

Great food but whenever I go at night within 45 mins of closing,they are done cooking food and the food they have available is always very scarce, old and nasty.
