My meal arrived 45 minutes late and cold. I called for over an hour attempting to reach a manager and the call goes to a pizza Hut call center. The boneless wings were dry, cold and hard. We had to heat our food in the microwave after removing from the box. We were hungry! Currently on hold, to speak with a manager at the call center because the call wont go directly to local pizza Hut. I wouldnt ever offer my customer cold food after being 45 minutes late. The delivery guy didnt even apologize. I spent $62.00. I expect better service.

They gave us the wrong food, and when we called back to get the right food, they never picked up and when they did they put us on hold indefinitely. It took us about 10 calls to get the right order and after many customer service reps we still could not get in touch with the store, not even the manager of the call center could. It then took as another hour to get the right food. I would never recommend this Pizza Hut. It is awful. Worst Pizza Hut in the USA, or the world potentially.

My Experience was called Pizza Hut 521 W. Chapman Ave. Ca. 92802 Person who answered the phone was like sorry i dont speak Spanish are you serious rating for Pizza Hut has gone Down upset regarding to there service they dont have Bilingual persons knowing that English and Spanish are Main principals Language. Pizza Hut Must fix this issue... Rude person theres no Spanish Speakers sorry are u serious their ratings and sells are going to drop fast... bad bad service.

Ordered a pizza online, paid for it, and after around 2 hours I get a call saying they had an emergency and they arent delivering pizzas. The guy on the phone was rude and short, refused to provide any explanation or compensation. He said I would get my money back in like 3 days but I never got any confirmation email or anything about my order being cancelled or refunded. I think they got robbed but their customer service still sucks.

Today was my first time ordering online and i got good customer service, but it would have been nice to tell me about any special offers. Back in the day, they did. Now that would be great customer service!! I think I paid too much for a large pizza. My bad, i should have asked. Next time, but you b sure to ask!! My pizza was good though. God bless!!

I placed an order HOURS AGO for a scheduled time of 11:30pm. Funny thing is I live 5 mins away from them....soooo why didnt they deliver to me first? I had a scheduled time. Fyi: they dont go by that. If you dont abide by scheduled delivery times DONT GIVE CUSTOMERS THE OPTION.

Waste of money. Pizza came in 1 hour. Was cold, worst service, no napkins. Dont waste ur money!!!! First lady told me its $10 for large Pizza then $13, when guy brought bill it was $18.99. Sorry!!

Wings were undercooked badly. They didnt even bother covering the wings with the sauce in each of them. Only 2/8 wings were completely covered in sauce
