I had a horrible time at this Red Robin. My family love to visit Red Robin in our home town. The staff is always kind and the food is amazing. Unfortunately we had the worst dining experience Ive had in my life. We arrived hungry and before the dinner rush. We wanted to sit outside but it turned out to be too cold for us so we asked for a table inside. Once inside, we met the rudest waitress on earth. She clearly hated her job. We told her our babies were really hungry and we would love a basket of fries as soon as possible. We also placed an order for our kids and my niece. We still needed time to decide what to eat and the waitress didnt come back to take the rest of our orders for 20 minutes. We waited over 1 hour after sitting down before we received out first bit of food, the first basket of fries. I needed to take my son for a walk because he was freaking out so bad. Finally we started to eat but our waitress was no where in site. The last time we saw her was when she took our order. We had to stop and ask other staff for help. Finally we called the manager over to express our displeasure with the service. At this point, we had ordered four adult meals, and requested fries 4 times. We only receive one extra order of fries and that was at the beginning. The manager didnt seem to care about our problem either. She quietly apologized and left but never returned. We needed to leave to put our kids to bed so we told the rest of our party, three other people, we were leaving. When walking out, we asked the manager if we could pay because we didnt want the others to pay. We waited for about 5 min then looked around the service corner to find the manager telling her staff about how rude we were. We asked her again for the bill to be paid by credit card. She gave me the slip and walked away without giving me a pen to sign. I had to ask another staff member for a pen. The final horrible service note is they didnt tell our party we paid for them. They waited another 30 min before finally asking someone. The manager came over and told them that we we said our party wouldnt pay so that is why we did. The whole experience was horrible. Some of the staff tried to help out but our waitress and the manager made it so much worse. I will never come back to any Red Robin again for the trouble they gave to my kids and my family. I suggest you all do the same.

I live down the street and have been to this particular location several times. Each time I have been paired with a lovely waiter/waitress who is extremely helpful. On my last visit I came alone on a Friday night at about 7pm, packed house, and took a seat at the bar with no wait. The bartender, Kaylyn, greeted me with a smile, checked on me regularly and ensured that my experience was a good one. I decided to come on a whim, treat myself and Kaylyn really made my night a memorable one. My burger was great, the endless baskets of fries went well with my cocktail, and I cant wait to come back to this Red Robin and create some more memories. Thanks Kaylyn!

Ive been to many Red Robins and as always with "chain" casual sit down dining establiments not everyone is the same and sometimes you go to one that doesnt live up to your expectations. I went here on a Monday night after Disneyland with some friends and we had a great experience. My drink was refilled before I asked for a refill, our food came in a reasonable amount of time and everything was delicious. Im getting hungry thinking about it right now. Its a great place to eat. I had the chicken strips and fries.... So good. Another good thing here is the smoke and pepper burger.

Over and hour wait for our food and appetizer . Other tables got their food before us. Waitress came and said they were backed up and offered us a complimentary appetizer that never came. Two salads and a burger should not take that long, small table of 3 not 10. All in all we spent almost two hours for a "quick lunch". Waste of time and money. I asked the manager a question on a menu item and he offered no compromise on a price, acted as if i was lying and didnt matter. I will definitely not go back, ever! Worst first visit to this location!

We came in from out of town (to go to Disneyland) and didnt have transportation so we tried this Red Robin down the street from our Hotel. We went on Tuesday and had such a great expeiance that we came again on Wednesday. The servIce was just as good and the food was better! I got the whiskey river wrap and my wife got the pesto chicken sandwich. Both were fantastic!! The other reason we came back was the kids get free drinks were free! If that aint a reason to come here, I dont know what is!

Service was slow and we were seated late even though we made reservation days before, but that was understandable for a busy location. What matters is that all the steaks and potato sides were extremely salty, definitely not the level of quality that we had with Outback before. When we spoke to the manager to comment about the food just hoping to get an apology. He basically told us well that sucks thats how we cook it. Please do yourself a favor and never come to this location.

Had an amazing experiance at this location. Was visiting Disneyland and staying at a nearby hotel. Nicely decorated very clean and trendy. The most awesome thing aside feom the food was a little table top kiosk on every table. You can pay through that machine and play games. Especially great if you have little ones there was plenty of games on there including the popular toca Boca games. Food and service was great plus great happy hour deals.

Best freckled lemonade & fresh steak fries but not on their customer service. I have been on this location 25 plus times over the years. The quality of service went down hill after their renovation took place. I cut down a lot but we have gift cards so I guess at some point we will use it. Management team please do something. I hope you are. Hoping you have enough staff coverage & making changes.

Placed a to-go order from the Crowne Plaza where we were staying. Although it was SUPER BUSY, we were able to get our food right away when we arrived. After getting back to our room, we realized that two drinks had been left out. We walked back over later to get a credit and discovered that they had closed early unexpectedly. Since we were only visiting, we didnt have a chance to get our refund.

We ate here before going to disneyland just because we know what we are going to get and it is a decent price. I wanted to really fill up before going to disneyland since the food there is so expensive and the quality is that of an am/pm so I new red robin would be good. The hamburgers are always good and I love the steak fries. The service was excellent could not of asked for more.
