I had a horrible experience today while picking up lunch for my boyfriend. Based solely on this experience, I do not intend to return to this establishment EVER again. It was about 1:39pm on Sunday, October 2, 2016. I walked into the entrance of this restaurant and the man who i assume was the cook was standing at the cashier. He looked up as I walked in, did not say anything, and turned to walk to the back of the store. The cashier, Gloria, whose name I know from my order ticket, was talking in her personal iphone filling up the little sauce packages. She was not facing the entrance, and she did not look up to check if there were any customers coming in while she was on the phone. The cook came out from the back, and looked at me, but still did not acknowledge me in any verbal way. I finally got the attention of the cashier, and she checked me out. She was pleasant while checking me out, but the damage was already done. I will not ever return to this particular establishment. My boyfriend loves Pick Up Stix, and we eat there often, but from now on we will drive further to get our food.

The food here is ok if the careless 12 year olds running the place can actually get your order right. They delivered the wrong meal and didnt seem to care one bit. They were completely unapologetic and acted as is we were putting them out by expecting them to correct the problem. Worst service Ive ever experienced. This place sucks!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

came here multiple times, most times disappointed. we came here time before last and ordered the bourbon chicken. when we got home the chicken was way overcooked. I complained and we were able to get a free entree the next visit, which we used on the garlic chicken, which just didnt seem very fresh. only come if you have low expectations and a buy one get one free coupon

This place has really gone downhill from when it first launched several years ago. Pickup Stix used to be high quality Asian fast-food. Now its really low quality. I had the General Tso Chicken, which a used to love. The dish I had now was just a deep fried, salty mess covered in sauce. I will not be coming back!
