Every time I go to this wing stop the employees seem very bothered by people coming in , like its a hassle for them to do their job , another complaint would be that 45 min before closing on my way home from work I tried to place a phone order so all I had to do was pick up and leave. They neglected the phone lines. Last night while ordering our food we got all the way home and notice that one of our meals was. 6 piece and not 10 , that we had to drive back and get the right order. The employees are careless when making the food and not very welcoming when you enter the restaurant, My husband and I dont like going there just because the service and food quality is horrible. We love Wingstop just not this one! I expect a whole lot better coming from the restaurant because of the community that surrounds it .

Horrible I felt like the lady Jessica was racist towards me I call wing stop at 9:30 they advertisement saids that they close at 10 someone hung the first time I called but the second time no answer I went to the wing stop looking for a manager I arrived at 9:40 they had three customers the door was lock I had to ring the bell 3 times and bang on the window before she open the door the lady was rude basically told me I was mad I couldnt get chicken wings being racist towards me all I want to know why she couldnt answer the phone and say we are not accepting anymore orders tonight

I was looking forward to some nice boneless wings after a long 16 hour shift. And when I got there I tried to order and the employee told me they ran out of boneless wings! How do you run out of boneless wings!? What kind of wing place is this? Had to take me derriere to Buffalo wild wings. Yall owe me gas money. UPDATE. Wing stop? More like "Wont stop here anymore" Came in to give them another chance, maybe they where having a bad day last time I came. I wish I could give them negative stars. The cashier had a face longer than the earths history and the dmv line put together.

Husband and I were in today and the service from the girl at the counter was first rate. Offered me a "combo meal" when she saw me picking and choosing which saved me a bit of cash. Husband had Lemon Chicken wings and fries and I went with the Honey BBQ strips. Both were really great. Also, a side note on their extras...if you order their fries which are good on their own...order a side of cheese to dip it in. This is more of a cheddar blend than a nacho flavor and its awesome!

Staff are young, immature and rude. Speaking about he night crew atleast. You would think first come first serve. I seen them put friends ahead of orders. You can actually see them place the order ahead. And no, it wasnt a call in. Im sitting there waiting and others walks in make thier order and gets thier food first. And still I need to wait extra 20mins. Regular order 10 piece blah blah. No thank you to this joint. I perferr oakland one better. Around lake Merritt

I am a big fan of wingstop but this one missed the boat big time. Very disappointing as not many places are open late on the island. We ordered online & when we came to pick up it was obvious they hadnt even started our order as we waited 25 min. We were in such a rush to finally leave we didnt check the order which was a big mistake. None of the dipping sauces or veggies were included

Did not like it I found a bone in my boneless chicken!!! *update came in today cashier seemed like she was dien of just working here. So damn rude I always try to kee a positive mind for this wingstop but not today lost my business I shall be going to Buffalo Wild Wings from now on more expensive but atleast they have a smile with your service

Arrive during off-peak hours. Placed a simple order for 15 wings and were told our order would be ready in 10 mins. Order took over 20 mins to be prepared and left us waiting far too long. Fortunately the wings were good and the fries were amazing. Will be ordering ahead from now on though out of necessity since service is clearly lacking.

When u ask for well done thats what u want I pay 30$ for wings and have to cook them when I get home. worst wing stop ever no seasoning on chicken I came here b4 and got good wings seasoned right so u need to check your cooks they half ass workn earn in the back were they prep food just all around bad experience

I usually like Wingstop but the cashier wasnt very friendly and didnt seem very attentive. The wings were much greasier than most wingstops Ive been to. Would probably go to a different wingstop if I wanted wings in the future.

If i could give one star I would! I oredered take out. The chicken I ordered was so greasy and oily it was almost inedible. I used to love wingstop It was a real disappointment and waste of money.
