I was there last week in the evening drive thru. A middle age white woman on the Mic seemed rude.. she was about reg. Height and slightly over weight. there may have been a miscommunication issue.. microphone issue perhaps.. but her response was "so what do u want"? In a rude manner and tone.. instead of explaining to me to speak louder or more pronounciated.. she rushed me.. there was NO long line behind me.. only me.. when i got to the front to pay she mocked my accent.. I was born here in America I might have a SLIGHT accent definitely not a thick one to cause miscommunication!! I ordered 2 meals.. with 2 sprite.. when I got home bith drinks were freakN WATER!!! how can u NOT TELL IF ITS NOT SODA? while your dispensing it? (The bubbles) duh.. it was my first time there.. I will definitely not be spending my money there.. and I will post this incident on FaceBook and twitter and other social media and YELP about my experience here... pPLEASE MANAGERS... TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY.. the quality of their service reflects on your management. . Stop wasting my time and money as a customer.. u guys owe me 2 medium sprites!!!

I love Popeyes but drive-thru is TERRIBLE. They dont seem to practice courtesy and say please or thank you. If you wanted a different option, they dont even give you an option to wait for a specific order. They rush you when ordering and get upset if you have a question. Sometimes I prefer to go somewhere farther just to get better service.

To much swearing between employees and manger,didnt get all orders at once and when I get other other it wash cold and this my 2nd time and may be the last and 10 piece meal employee didnt even know deal was going .need better manage and better infomercial employees Would like reply back. I

Instead of usual KFC I thought give the Popeye chicken a try, ordered a 5 piece spicy chicken meal take out for $8.99 coupon special this evening, chicken pieces were pretty much dried and too salty, spicy french fries were the same bad and red bean and rice was half filled.

A relatively new store. Typical fast food chain business. Their food is as expected for a fast food restaurant. The worker taking your order over the drive-thru microphone speaks somewhat fast. They dont seem to be busy much as their drive-thru is almost always empty.

Food was great BUT....after we finished eating, we realized there was no handsoap in either the Mens or Womens restrooms. Just wondering now about food handling....sanitation....employees???? Eeewwwww!!!!

Always out of something, especially the macaroni side which irritates tf out of me because my son likes it. If its on your menu have it ready. Live in the neighborhood so i come a lot.
