Totally got ripped off. Ordered buiscuts but they didnt give us honey or butter, ordered jo-jos but got mashed potatoes and gravy which we really dont like. No spoons or forks either. The guy that took my order was great but the girl who bagged everything seemed very aggitated as she threw the stuff in the bag.

The staff was almost all sitting in the main dining area when I walked in. The only person at the counter seemed to be struggling to understand what I wanted. The food was stale tasting and nearly cold like it was cooked the night before. I didnt even finish my meal.

They are always short on extra Crispy chicken. They dont follow the posted store hours. I waited 40 minutes for them to cook my chicken and then they had the nerve to tell me my order wasnt ready because they needed to cook my Apple pies!

Always check your order before leaving, they always get something wrong. will give you items missed, no issue. But will not make amends for wasting your time for a trip back, so always check.

This is a really good KFC. My food is always super fresh and the people there are pretty nice. I mostly give it 5 stars because of the Nashville Hot Chicken though. Its amazing stuff.
