Went to this location at about 9pm and they already were out of lettuce. I asked them to give me what was left stuck on the pan. I just pray that I wont get sick from eating that. This is one of the newest locations in the Bay Area so the workers are a bit rusty in what they do. Well give them more time to get use to their surrounding. Some of the new workers seem to be a little stingy with their portions. A little girl scooped me up a spoonful of guacamole first but then she shook half of it back to the pan. This Chipotle is in a big brand new shopping area but whoever designed it did not think carefully. Why? Because there are only four tables in the whole restaurant. Seating capacity is 18 people. So you can imagine how packed it gets during lunch and dinner time. Three stars for my experience.

The food is consistent with the rest of the restaurants in this chain, so its delicious. However, this specific location did the worst job packaging my order Ive ever experienced at a Chipotle. The tin foil wrapped around my burrito had a giant hole in it, and my friends dressing container wasnt fully shut when they put it into the paper bag with the rest of our order. It ended up spilling all over the back of my car and was a real pain to clean up. Ill eat here again, but Im going to be breathing down their necks to make sure this doesnt happen

This place loves to cut corners, save your money and go to the shoreline one less then 2 miles away, this place seriously needs to pick up there act, there work ethics and needs either new managers or train them correctly, went in last night and they started closing at 930pm wouldnt make no more cheese, or guac because they are close to closing thats just not right for a chain like this to cut corners like that!

Ive always had really good service here. Its small - so if its busy theres less of a chance youll find a seat. But it also means that not as many people come here, so often you wont have to wait in line for long.

Long, slow line. Out of both kinds of rice and chicken, at 7pm during the dinner rush. Wait forever for them to cut up new chicken and its already cold? And still nowhere to sit.
