Every time I come into this location I think it may be different than the last...in the way that it will be better. The girl who usually works the cheese/corn station is always and I mean ALWAYS rude and clearly hates her job. I do not know why she does not smile and makes me not want to come here. The older manager woman is also a tad bit rude for my taste. Today took the cake for me in the rude department and I have chosen to either not eat Chipotle or to drive out of my way and head to the one on Carlson and San Pablo. They are at least happy and friendly so that makes it worth the drive for me. SERVICE AND HAPPINESS LEVEL ZILCH AT THE GILMAN LOCATION.

Im giving this chipotle three stars in comparison with other chipotles Ive been to. The portions they give you here are smaller than what they would give you somewhere else. Also, the line here is always long, especially around peak hours such as 12PM and 5PM because it is literally right next to campus. I would suggest going here if you can avoid the line though.

Always people who complain Chipotle isnt real Mexican food, but if you take it as what it is, Chipotle is pretty tasty fast food. I like getting it in a bowl for easy eating, then adding fajitas and most of the toppings available. Chips and guacamole are pretty good but add on a decent chunk to the price of your meal.

I love their food there, I would recommend the Steak or Chicken burrito because thats what I always get. Its always busy there, esp during lunch time, so if you have only 30minute lunch then you might not have time to really enjoy your food.

Fast service, fresh, bright flavors, socially conscious, quite delicious, and reasonably priced. Atmosphere is better than typical fast-good places, but not the place for a romantic getaway or a serious conversation.

Perhaps i am biased but in Texas and Virginia, the portions are almost double compared to what i just got. I felt robbed. But looking at the reviews perhaps it a fluke or a norm here. Great taste as always though :)
